Erosion in oil production can cause serious damage on parts and equipment and brings great economic losses.Hydraulic Fracturing is a widely applicable technology of stimulation.Erosion in hydraulic fracturing technology can cause damage to fracturing tools,and it badly affects the quality of hydraulic fracturing operation,even leads to the failure of fracturing operation.Erosion is the behavior of solid particles or liquids impacting,causing material lossIn this paper,according to the erosion of fracturing tools by fracturing sand,using digital simulation and experimental studies in two ways to research erosion model,erosion mechanism and anti-erosion properties of materials.A numerical simulation model of continuous sand to erode materials was developed,which can analyze the microscopic phenomena of sand impact material,and the related data of sand impact material are obtained.Through the numerical simulation,we study the impact behavior of continuous sand on the target,and analyze the stress and morphology of the impact crater,impact depth and time,collision energy and angle of the sands.Based on the collision model of sand beam,through the study of the erosion failure mechanism,the plastic deformation contours and the characteristic morphology of crater are obtained.And the cumulative phenomenon of the continuous sands impacting target is found.Through the use model of high-speed sands eroding the material,it was found the evolution of sands and the material cut mechanism when the sands are oblique incidence,and extrusion deformation phenomenon when sands is vertical incidence.The numerical models of different target materials are established to obtain the erosion characteristics of the target under different material properties.A solid-liquid two-phase erosion experimental device was developed,including the power mechanism,mixing device,sample clamping device,the test cabinet,nozzle as well as the selection and purchase of equipment and the design and manufacture of components.The experimental device can not only be used to carry out many erosion tests in terms of different parameters,but also can be used to assess the erosion resistance of the material.Based on the self-built erosion experimental device,the erosion experiments with a large number of parameters have been carried out.In the main material erosion characteristics experiment,the erosion resistance of these materials was evaluated by erosion experiments of material with steel 42 crmo,Ni-based alloy coating and WC coating.Through the scanning electron microscopy of the surface erosion shape of the sample,the paper discovered the material migration phenomena of the plastic material,such as the protruding lip and its erosion mechanism,the erosive wear mechanism of the nickel-based alloy coating-like plastic material,and brittleness damage behavior of WC coating,verified the results of numerical simulation.
