With the planning and construction of China's oil and gas network and supporting facilities,as well as the oil and gas pipeline in the long distance,large diameter and thick wall,high pressure conveying direction,in order to ensure the welding quality and efficiency of the urgent need for pipeline automatic welding,this paper developed a set of suitable diameter greater than 500 mm in length and diameter of pipe all position automatic welding equipment,completed the design of mechanical structure and control system,and the establishment of a pipeline all position welding process parameters subsection processing model.The mechanical structure design includes two parts: the track and the welding car.The track is a new split fast assembled magnetic flexible rail,taking 65 Mn steel as the main material,the Mag Switch with a magnet for multi point control,realize the track and adsorption pipe fixed,stitched to buckle type connection between the orbital diameter to accommodate different size requirements.The welding trolley comprises a walking mechanism,a swing lifting mechanism,a welding torch blessing mechanism and a wire feeding mechanism.The driving wheel and the gear rubber friction with the special design,to achieve a smooth way of walking,the integrated installation,installation of swing on the bottom plate lifting slider,installed at the same time through a special wire feeding mechanism is modified,through the torch clamping device and the blessing of the welding torch,the system control box is connected with the welding dolly.The whole structure is matched perfectly,the volume is small,the weight is light,the operation is stable and reliable,the trouble of moving the wire feeding machine and the control box is reduced,and the pulling force of the cable in the welding process is reduced.The PLC control system controller using model for FP-XHC30 T,the hardware structure design,and completed the PLC welding machine and welding car communication connection,realizes the automatic welding motion control;using Ladder programming language to complete the automatic welding program;the design of touch screen man-machine exchange information,realize the welding and debugging of two states through the control button,by operating the switch to realize gun walking and swinging and move the wire feeding function test debug state can achieve program of automatic welding can weld under the condition of the editing,storage,call the welding parameters through the panel window,improve the welding and monitoring function of man-machine information exchange,to ensure automatic welding process control.Pipeline all position welding using carbon dioxide welding,using subsection processing of welding parameters,the all position automatic welding machine in horizontal,vertical down welding,overhead welding,vertical welding on 8 different welding positions automatically call the appropriate welding parameters,and the reciprocating movement of the welding welding,ensure the corresponding welding position and welding parameters,welding effect reached the purpose of welding automation and high quality,while avoiding the cable in the pipeline on the entanglement.It is proved that the set of all position pulse MIG automatic welding machine of small size and light weight,convenient disassembly,stable operation,continuous multi-layer can complete large diameter thick wall pipe welding,high degree of automation,greatly improve the oil and gas pipeline welding efficiency and welding quality,has the very high value of practical engineering.
