Coordinated Development Of Provincial Financial Ecosystem Spatial Difference Study

The construction of ecological civilization is an important measure to construct a scientific and orderly ecological operation mechanism and promote the development of economic and science.The report at the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to promote the construction of ecological civilization and integrate ecological civilization,economic construction,political construction and cultural construction into the overall layout of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.At the same time,both the 19 th report and the 2017 Central Economic Work Conference put forward the tough task of preventing and resolving the major risks.The coordinated development of the financial ecosystem is an prominent manifestation of the integrated development of finance and ecosystem,and is also a key issue related to the prevention of financial risks.it is of great significance for preventing financial risks,promoting the construction of ecological civilization,and improving the economic capability and efficiency of financial services entities to explore the coordinated development degree of financial ecosystems in various provinces,measure their spatial variation,and grasp the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of the coordinated development level of China’s financial ecosystems in general.This paper consists of four parts.The first part mainly elaborates the background and significance of this research,consolidating the related literature at home and abroad and putting forward the research outline,as well as stating the research contents and methods.At the same time,it summarizes and consolidates the basic thought of ecology,the ecological characteristics of the financial system,the related concepts of the financial ecosystem,and the related theories of the coordinated development of the financial ecosystem,laying a reliable theoretical foundation for subsequent research.The second part,on the basis of expounding the interaction mechanism betweenfinancial ecological subject and financial ecological environment,takes banking financial institutions as an example to analyze the mechanism of financial ecological subject affecting the development of financial ecological environment.It first elaborates the mechanism of financial ecological environment affecting on financial ecological subject from three aspects,economic foundation,corporate integrity,civilians’ living standards and education level.Then,at the same time,it makes a general analysis on the development status of financial ecological subject and financial ecological environment from six aspects covered by financial institutions,financial market and financial ecological environment.In the third part,based on the panel data of 31 provinces,from 2008 to 2017,a comprehensive evaluation index system of financial ecological subject and financial ecological environment is constructed,and the coupling coordination degree model is used to comprehensively measure development status of the financial ecological systems of each province.Meanwhile,the differences in coordinated development and the evolution of spatial pattern are further explored by the Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis(ESDA)and Theil’s entropy measure.The fourth part summarizes the research and puts forward suggestions.Through empirical analysis,four conclusions are drawn.First,the overall level of coordinated development of the financial ecosystem is on the rise,but the variation between provinces are still great.The second is that the coupling coordination degree shows a echelonment pattern in space and has certain agglomeration in the regions.Third,the concentration intensity shows a trend of decreasing first and then increasing,and the concentration area changes.Fourth,the overall difference between provinces is divided into stages,and the difference between eastern and western regions is the main reason.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of the financial ecological development in the province,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of adjusting measures to local conditions,deploying key layout to promote the virtuous circle development of the financial ecological environment;reasonable optimizing spatial layout and reducing regional differences;strengthening the "diffusion effect" of coordinated development of financial ecosystem;strengthening regional cooperation and realizing the coordinated development of the eastern,middle and western regions;establishing the three-level supervising and regulating mechanism that promotes coordinated development of the financial ecosystem.
