Highly catalytic activity and stable carbon dots(CD)were prepared by hydrothermal method which was used glucose as precursor and ammonium sulfite as carbon dots.Under the selected conditions, the reduction of Ag NO3 by trisodium citrate(TCA)to form nanosilver(Ag NP)was slow, and CD exhibited strong catalysis of Ag NP reaction that was used as indicator in the presence of Vitoria blue(VBB)molecule probe with a SERS peak at 1615 cm-1.With the increase of the number of CD,the Ag NP reaction increased lineraly, and the SERS peak enhanced linearly due to formation more Ag NP indicator as SERS substrate. In the presence of avidin(Ad),Ad absorb on the CD surface to inhibit its catalytic action, and the SERS effect weakened.A stable Ad-VH complex and free CD formed when biotin(VH)was added, that cause the SERS peak enhnacing. The enhanced SERS signal at 1615 cm-1(?I)has a good linear relationship with the VH concentration in range of0.0003-0.012 ng/m L,with a detection limit of 0.0003 ng/m L.More importantly, the combination of the analytical principle and avidin labeling technology can be used in environmental analysis, food analysis, clinical testing and so on.
