The conventional domestic microwave oven adopts a magnetron for furnace as a microwave source,and has the advantages of high output power,low production cost,etc.,and has the disadvantages of uneven heating,low heating power,and the like.In order to improve the heating power of the household microwave oven,multiple microwave sources can be used for feeding at the same time,that is,two or more furnace magnetrons are directly used as the microwave source.At this time,the household microwave oven will exceed the ordinary household appliances in the household.Power limit.With the development of semiconductor technology,a single semiconductor microwave source has an output power of several hundred watts,and is gradually applied to household microwave ovens.The semiconductor microwave source is easy to realize the adjustable output power.As an auxiliary microwave source of the conventional household microwave oven,the heating power of the household microwave oven is improved within the power limitation range of the ordinary household appliance.When different foods and utensils are placed in a household microwave oven,due to the diversity of parameters such as position,shape,weight,and dielectric constant,the diversity of electromagnetic field distribution in the microwave oven is caused.If there is an instantaneous strong coupling between the microwave sources,the furnace is used.The excessive coupling power of the magnetron to the semiconductor microwave source will affect its output power,reduce its operational stability,and even burn it(the coupling power exceeds the power that the semiconductor microwave source can withstand)The simultaneous use of the furnace magnetron and the semiconductor microwave source will increase the power density in the domestic microwave oven and increase the possibility of microwave leakage in the furnace door area.We will use a microwave oven with both a furnace magnetron and a semiconductor microwave source as a dual source microwave oven.In order to protect the semiconductor microwave source and avoid the physical damage caused by the strong coupling of the magnetron in the furnace,a waveguide plasma limiter is designed to protect the semiconductor microwave source.Preliminary experiments show that the waveguide plasma limiter is excited.The plasma effectively limits the microwave power transfer,the output power can be reduced to 20% of the input power,which can be placed at the output port of the semiconductor microwave source to protect the semiconductor microwave source.The dual-source microwave oven increases the microwave heating power,which increases the microwave power density in the furnace cavity and increases the possibility of leakage in the furnace door area.In order to protect the user's personal safety and immediately alert the microwave leakage,this paper designed a microwave leakage detection device to automatically detect the leakage of the microwave oven in real time,when the leakage energy is small,the error is large.With the increase of the leakage energy,the error decreases,and the average error is 20%.The microwave leakage detecting device also has the characteristics of small volume and low cost.
