In the process of the production of crosslinked polyethylene,the ultraviolet light crosslinking has production speed,long production time and low cost of raw materials and so on.Because of the advantages,it is widely concerned that the photosynoptic link is the main focus of research.Currently,the widely used sources of light source are the mercury lamp and the microwave infinity mercury lamp.The medium pressure mercury lamp is concentrated in the spectrum of the spectrum,but has a short life span.However,the microwave infinity mercury lamp is opposite,but the heat is severe and can cause waste of energy.Now a uv light source for new uv reflective diode,the light source spectral energy concentration,can according to the need to design the arrangement of light source,the usage is convenient.This dissortation analyzed the theory and the mercury lamp,microwave mercury lamp and the new LED,and studied the luminescence mechanism of these three typical ultraviolet sources.Rely on microwave energy incentive glowing promise mercury lamp,uv radiation with high efficiency,long life and low radiation power,to avoid the light crosslinking system used in transformer driver of medium pressure mercury lamp irradiation crosslinking system caused by the material uneven local overheating problem,so this paper studied the microwave waveguide in uv light source device,the impact of the size on input reflection coefficient,by simulation in the process of changing the size of the waveguide,under the specific specifications,meet the requirements of the input to the reflection coefficient,and by comparing the size of the waveguide surface current,finally determine the size of the waveguide.The shielding net's distance on cavity to the center of the elliptical cavity has a great influence on the 2.45 GHz microwave resonance,this distance was determinedby the simulation,this paper implements the 2.45 GHz microwave resonance.The openings between the waveguide and the cavity,It's position and the coupling hole size have a great influence on the electric field inside the cavity,in this paper,by changing the distance from the waveguide edge to the edge of cavity resonant cavity,making electric field is the largest,achieve an increase of the electric field values.The depth of the 2.45 GHz microwave is influenced by the size of the coupling hole on the resonator cavity,so the square coupling hole's optimal size is designed.
