The shafts with rigid guides and bunton are widely used in coal mining industry.Irregularity is a disastrous phenomenon in rigid guides,which will cause the vibration responses of shafts.It not only affect the stability of the structures,but also may cause safety hazards.In this paper,aiming at the problems of irregularity of rigid shaft guides,analyzed the types of irregularity and the vibration responses of rigid guides and container by theoretical and numerical simulation.Obtaining the variation rules of vibration responses with the amplitude of irregularity,lifting speed and terminal load,which provides reference for defect detection of rigid guides.The results show:(1)Under the excitation of bending deformation and joint dislocation,the maximum vibration displacement of rigid guides and container is linearly positively correlated with the irregularity amplitude.Under the excitation of local bump,the maximum vibration displacement firstly increases with the increase of the bump height,and then decreases with the increase of the bump height when the bump height reaches 0.005 m.(2)Under the excitation of guide bending deformation,the maximum vibration acceleration of guide is positively correlated with the bending deformation,lifting speed and terminal load,and the bending deformation is linearly correlated;the maximum vibration acceleration of container is linearly positively correlated with the bending deformation,and the vibration acceleration is the largest when lifting speed is 10m/s and terminal load is 50 t.(3)Under the dislocation excitation of the joint,the maximum vibration acceleration of the guide and the container are approximately linearly positively correlated with the dislocation height;the relationship between the vibration acceleration of guide with the lifting speed is much more obviously than it with the terminal load.And the container is opposite with guide.(4)Under the excitation of local bulge of guide,the maximum vibration acceleration of guide and container is linearly positively correlated with the height of bulge,negatively correlated with the terminal load,and increases with the increase of lifting speed from 8m/s to 10m/s,with little change after the speed reaches 10m/s.
