With the transformation of Chinese economy,intensive,safety,high-efficiency,and green have become the objectives in the development of modern mining industry.The drainage system in green,saving,and intelligent is the important composition in the realization of transformation in mining industry.Aiming at the problems of existing underground drainage system in coal mine,by combining the intelligent control strategy with the newly designed system architecture,the problem of high energy cost and poor reliability are solved.The main research contents and innovations are as follow:(1)Aiming at the bad reliability,low fault tolerance and poor ability to deal with emergencies of the existing underground drainage system,by redesigning the pipeline,control structure,and function of drainage system,drainage system realize the distributive control and multiple models operation.The system adopts the fault tolerant design,the reliability of the drainage system and the ability to respond to unexpected situations are improved(2)Aiming at the problems of simple control and high cost of electricity in traditional control strategy,a new based on“avoiding peak and filing valley”control strategy is put forward.The control logicality of water level is further subdivided,and the control logic can be dynamically adjusted according to the time and the amount of water inflow.Experimental simulations show that compared with the traditional strategy,the control strategy is more reasonable and the electricity cost of the drainage system greatly reduced from 1.66 yuan/m~3 to 1.33 yuan/m~3.(3)A control strategy based on model predictive control algorithm is proposed.The Gray-Markov model is established to predict the water inflow at all times.by using the predicted water inflow,the mathematical model of the drainage system is established.Aiming at the problems of that predictive encoding of water inflow and disturbing influence caused by complex working conditions in underground mine affect the optimization effect,model predictive control is introduced for online optimization.The experimental simulation shows that the optimization effect of the control strategy is more stable and the electricity cost of the drainage system further reduced and stabilized at about 1.22 yuan/m~3.(4)Combined with the architecture and strategy of underground intelligent drainage control system,the software and hardware of the underground drainage intelligent control system are realized,including the design of the ground monitoring unit,the design of the underground pump dispatching unit and the design of the pump control unit.In the Pingmei No.8 Mine,the functions of multi-mode operation and intelligent dispatching of the drainage system are carried out on site.
