In order to meet the precision requirements,honing is often used as the final step to improve the process accuracy.It can effectively improve the dimensional accuracy,surface accuracy and shape accuracy of the parts.So as to further improve the precision of honing processing and achieve higher quality requirements,the article deeply analyzes the development of honing technology,discusses the research status of honing technology in China and abroad.This article also addresses the problems to be solved in the development of honing technology,and establishes the accuracy of honing cylindricity as the main research content.Starting from the honing processing mechanism and cutting mechanism,the mechanical model of honing machining and the model of cutting mechanics are established,the evaluation method and objective function of honing cylindricity are determined,and the optimization algorithm of cylindricity evaluation is proposed.The characteristics of honing processing,workpiece positioning and honing movement are discussed,and the influence of honing over-travel,lower-end stay time and reticular angle on honing precision is analyzed.The trajectory of honing motion is constructed by using MATLAB software,the effects of reciprocating speed,rotation speed,lower-end stay time and over-travel are analyzed,the motion parameters are selected to construct three-dimensional motion trajectory,and the three-dimensional motion trajectory is transformed into two-dimensional motion trajectory for analysis.By adjusting the motion parameters,the shape of the cylinder bore under different motion trajectories is obtained,and the main parameters affecting the shape of the cylinder bore in the honing process are determined.Determine the motion parameters,establish the simulation parameter scheme,use ABAQUS to establish the simulation model,perform finite element simulation of the four steps in the honing process,and obtain the stress cloud map,the strain cloud map and the deformation cloud map.Observe and analyze the characteristic cloud map,summarize the different schemes,and the influence of the deformation of the lower cylinder hole is processed.The stress value,the strain value and the deformation value are analyzed,and the influence of the motion parameter on the honing processing is obtained.The simulation cylindricity is calculated by the minimum region method combined with quasi-Newton iteration method,and the simulation data is obtained.Design the honing experimental program,clarify the purpose of the experiment,experimental equipment,experimental procedure and process parameters,and analyze the factors affecting the honing precision in the honing process.After the experiment,the data of the honing specimens are collected,the honing experimental data is obtained,and the simulation data and experimental data are compared and analyzed.It is found that the control of the motion parameters can effectively control the cylindricity of the cylinder bore and obtain a better honing effect.
