Honing is a special form of grinding, finishing process is a highly efficient,it can obtain high dimensional accuracy, high geometry precision and low surface roughness,and it’s often used in the inner hole surface finishing,it’s widely used in cylinder body hole, connecting rod, pump and hydraulic valve body of nozzle hole, rocker arm, gear hole batch processing. By honing,the workpieces inner hole surface with overlapping curve, can be used to store and can be used as lubricating oil,lubricating oil has good abrasion resistance,the silver and the role of lubrication and attrition reduction.Honing is often the end of workpiece machining process,it will keep the workpiece machining marks directly on the final surface. So,the processed surface texture characteristics and wear performance of products directly affected by the processing parameters and the material removal mechanism. Therefore,honing processing material removal mechanism of research, for the optimization of process parameters, improve surface reticulate structure, improve the abrasion resistance and so on is of great significance. Now honing material removal mechanism of the study is less,however,the lack of material removal process of micro analysis and three-dimensional analysis.Based on honing abrasive behavior characteristics, in the process of carrying out a research into the processing of the material removal mechanism, and the theoretical analysis and numerical study on the honing process,analysis influence honing machining quality and the size of the workpiece deformation factors,summarizes the influence of various factors on the quality and precision of honing processing,optimizing technological parameters honing processing.This paper studies on honing material removal mechanism,the establishment of a single abrasive grinding model to analyze the distribution of the honing force and temperature field during the honing process. This paper select software of Abaqus to pump plunger hole for the study, by constructing a three-dimensional simulation model of the honing process, expand the honing process 3D simulation,analysis removal mechanism under the honing of the workpiece material and cutting deformation analysis of straightness,cylindrical honing process and the corresponding deformation control strategies to further expand the simulation analysis for the honing process under different process parameters,honing process parameters were optimized to provide a method for improving the accuracy of the plunger hole machining and basis. The optimizing technological parameters of honing processing for the parts precision hole honing processing technology to provide theoretical guidance,laid a certain foundation of promoting the processing and manufacturing levels of enterprises. It is of great significance to improve the honing processing efficiency, optimization of honing parameters, improve the performance and so on, as well as it has guiding significance in the grinding,face grinding,and other forms grinding.
