Mud pump,also known as drilling pump,is one of the most important equipments in the field of drilling engineering.It has always been the nickname of the "heart" of oil drilling rigs,and has an irreplaceable position in the exploitation of oil and natural gas.This project is aimed at the problems of small power,low pump pressure,small displacement,large volume and heavy weight in the existing mud pump in China.The 3000 HP horizontal three-cylinder mud pump is studied.This pump is the world's most powerful three-cylinder mud.The pump can meet the power and displacement requirements of modern oil and gas production.This project aims at the design of the hydraulic end of the horizontal three-cylinder mud pump.Based on the working principle of the existing mud pump,the design and simulation analysis of the hydraulic end structure and its important components are carried out.A new type of valve seat structure has been innovatively designed for the phenomenon that the existing mud pump pump valve seat is subjected to large impact force and the seal ring is easily damaged under the impact of high pressure fluid.This topic mainly studies the following aspects:(1)Inquiring about the relevant literatures at home and abroad,understanding the development status and technology of mud pumps and their hydraulic terminals at home and abroad,analyzing the shortcomings of existing mud pumps in terms of power,pump pressure and flow,and expounding the development of mud pumps.Trends and their use.(2)Based on the theoretical research of the three-cylinder mud pump,the basic performance parameters of the mud pump are analyzed and determined.The maximum pump pressure is determined to be 49.6 MPa and the maximum displacement is set to 67.9 L/s.The structural type of the hydraulic end of the mud pump was analyzed and researched,and a new type of valve seat structure was designed.The sealing ring on the valve body was innovatively designed on the valve seat to change from the moving part to the fixed part,thereby reducing The quality of the valve body reduces the impact force of the valve body on the valve seat,and also reduces the problem that the sealing ring is easily damaged under the impact of high-pressure fluid,thereby improving the service life of the mud pump valve.(3)Based on the theoretical check,the main components of the hydraulic end were modeled using the 3D modeling software SolidWorks.Then,using the finiteelement analysis software ANSYS,the stiffness and strength of the 3D model are analyzed.The stress cloud and strain cloud of the model are obtained,and the maximum stress and maximum deformation at the dangerous section of each component are found.Comparison with the basic performance parameters of the materials verifies that their strength and stiffness meet the design requirements.(4)Fluid analysis of the valve flow field at the hydraulic end of the 3000 HP mud pump was performed using Fluent fluid analysis software.It can be seen from the velocity cloud map and vector diagram of the medium fluid that the velocity in the valve flow field is the closest to the pump.At the corner of the valve,the value can reach 23.9m/s,and the impact force of the valve disc at this position is also the strongest.It is concluded that the larger the fluid flow velocity in the valve flow field,the greater the force on the valve disc.
