The m,agnetic separation column is the magnetic weight separation equipment with electromagnetic low-pulsation magnetic field.It uses the force of the rising water,which is the opposite of the magnetic field in the process of sorting and realize the washing and elimination for mine slime and fine-grained gangue in pulp,which for achieve the purpose of quality,reduction,or concentrate enrichment,and it has been widely used in various kinds of magnetite beneficiation plants.Due to the different process flow of each plant,it's different for requirements of the equipment performance.This topic in the research of magnetic separation column is used in Jinduicheng molybdenum group co.,LTD.In the process of the molybdenum tailings reelection don't phase,mainly through the way of the overflow liquid level control,in the case of not resulting in the loss of iron metal,remove the gangue and the symbiosis in concentrate pulp.However,under the traditional manual adjustment,the overflow liquid level of fluctuates frequently and often causes a large amount of iron metal to be lost from the overflow products,which has a great effect on the recovery rate of separation operation and the improvement of the concentrate gr.ade,and is difficult to meet the needs of production.Therefore,after considering the actual production situation in the field,this project will automatically reform the magnetic separation column without causing the loss of iron metal to improve the quality and output of iron concentrate.In this paper,the magnetic separation column is taken as the research object.Based on the principle of mineral separation,the opening degree of the water inlet valve and the underflow valve are considered as the control variables.The final control objectives are the reduction of the overflow grade and the improvement of the underflow grade.With the knowledge of the principle of the automatic control system,the magnetic separation column control system based on PLC controller is designed,and the adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm is used to realize the automatic adjustment of the overflow level of the magnetic separation column.The paper mainly consists of the parameter demand analysis of the magnetic separation column control system,the design of hardware and software,mathematical modeling and simulation of the level,system debugging and industrial application.Firstly,the overall control scheme of the magnetic separation column control system is designed.Then,Siemens PLCS7-200 series programmable controller and adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm are used to realize the linkage control of the regulating valves,so that the overflow level can quickly approach the target value and realize the smooth operation of overflow surface of the magnetic separation column.Finally,in the industrial test stage,the optimal control range of each parameter is determined through the field debugging and the collection and analysis of production data,and the industrial application of the system has been summarized.The results of both Simulink simulation and field debugging show that the adaptive fuzzy PID control system designed in this paper could stabilize the selection index,optimize the separation performance of the magnetic separation column and the process control level,realize the real-time and reliability of the desilting process adjustment and reduce the working intensity of people.
