Honeycomb paperboard has been widely used in transportation and packaging of many products for the advantages of excellent mechanical properties and cushioning and vibration-proof performances.However,paper materials have strong water absorption,which makes honeycomb paperboard vulnerable to humidity in transportation logistics environment,thus affecting its vibration attenuation characteristics.In this paper,the natural frequency and maximum vibration transmissibility of honeycomb paperboard packaging system were analyzed focusing on relative hu midity and combining the honeycomb structural parameter,the grammage of core paper and the static stress.The prediction equations of the natural frequency and the maximum vibration transmissibility including relative humidity parameter for honeycomb paperboard packaging system were obtained.And based on the damping performance,the vibration attenuation characteristics of honeycomb paperboard under differeit humidity logistics conditions were explored.The main research work includes:Firstly,the vibration transmissibility of honeycomb paperboard packaging system under different humidity conditions was analyzed experimentally.And according to the experimental results,the vibration transmissibility-frequency curves of honeycomb paperboard packaging system were summarized and divided.The effects of the relative humidity,the honeycomb structural parameter,the grammage of core paper and the static stress on the amplification zone of the curves were explored.Secondly,the effects of the cell length of honeycomb,the paperboard thickness,the grammage of core paper and the static stress on the natural frequency of honeycomb paperboard packaging system under different relative humidity were investigated.And the natural frequency prediction formula including relative humidity was deduced by introducing relative humidity parameter on the existing natural frequency formula.Finally,the variation law of the maximum vibration transmissibility of honeycomb paperboard packaging system was studied,and the evaluation equation of the maximum vibration transmissibility including the relative humidity,the cell length of honeycomb,the paperboard thickness and the static stress was calculated.Vibration transmissibility values corresponding to different materials were evaluated with a correction factor.The results show that the equation can effectively predict the vibration transmissibility of honeycomb paperboard packaging system with different materials under different humidity conditions.Besides,the vibration damping performance and vibration attenuation characteristics of honeycomb paperboards were calculated and analyzed.
