With the continuous development of engineering blasting field and the economicprogress of the society,subsequent to turn up the much more difficulty and problems in theproduction of blasting operation, the security problems caused by the blasting seismicwave frequently occurs and some questions still not fully resolved at present. Inconsequence,there are higher requirements for the prediction,forecast and control ofblasting vibration effect.This article is based on the part research contents of the project“the research on fine blasting technique and system optimization of high-explosive inmine”,and integrating with some blasting vibration monitoring and analysis of dataDonganshan Iron Mine and Dagushan Iron Mine of Anshan Iron&Steel GroupCorporation Anshan,to lucubrate the strength of blasting vibration and attenuation law ofseismic wave so as to control the damage of mining blasting vibration and improve theblasting energy utilization.The article is based on the actual measured data of blasting vibration,using themethod of integrating with theoretical analysis and experimental study,to make asystematic study on the influencing factors of blasting vibration attenuation including thepeak vibration velocity of points,seismic wave energy,master frequency and so on.Itresearch on influence factors of blasting vibration wave,in different mining conditions andloaded constitution’s blasting production operation to process real-time monitor ofblasting vibration,to proceed the analysis of the waveform graph in computer,to forecastthe attenuation law of blasting seismic wave’s velocity peak,to make the regressionanalysis of Sodev for particle velocity,to get the accuracy of prediction purpose.Itcombines theoretical equation and HHT analytical method,to analyze the factors ofblasting vibration including explosive payload,zero distance,blasting pattern,mediumcharacter,condition of site and geography,so that it can acquire the seismic wave’s masterfrequency in the process of transmission,propagation velocity,the influence of seismicwave energy and to provide theoretical analysis and practical evidences for practicalblasting engineering.Through the analysis of the mine blasting monitoring data show that:blasting seismiceffect is different in different directions of the bench;When zero distance is the same,theblasting seismic effect of higher level is much stronger;When distance of measuringpoints enlarge,the peaked amplitude and vibrational frequency decay gradually,but thetime of vibratory action makes something increase within limits;When Single-Stage of dosage is increased,the peak acceleration of blasting seismic wave also increase,so thecontrol on Single-Stage of maximum dose can effective affect the blasting seismiceffect;When the influence of rock layer in seismic wave propagation,the propagativeseismic waves of the different directions and different rock types have different degree ofattenuation;Pre-splitting blasting technology has certain damping effect;The analysis ofHHT is much finer,so obtain the time-frequency distribution characteristics of blastingvibration signals,and reflect the non-stationary characteristics of vibration signals.
