As an importan t steel strip product,the cold-rolled steel strip is used in automobiles,building materials,packaging and many other industr,ies.The yield and quality of cold-roll,ed steel strip is an important symbol to evaluate the development level of a national m,etallurgical industr y production technology,which has a pivotal position to the developm ent and process of the whole national industry,defense,agriculture and other key areas.The production process of cold-rolled steel strip is related to the mechanical equipment,electrical control and hydraulic drive and other complex industrial processes,so the research on the rolling process is very important.In this paper,the rolling process was studied and the mathematical model for production process of rolling mill was established,including:the main hydraulic cylin,der motion model,the rolling force model and thickness model.According to the actual situation of the rolling mill,the Simulation Platform For High-Speed Industrial Process is divided into five parts,including:AGC Control System,Simulation System of Field Signal,Smulation Cmputer,Console of Riling Mill and Main Control Computer,which are the hardware foundation of the Simulation Platform For High-Sp eed Industrial Process.Wi.thin the Simulation Computer,mathematical model is described by C language,the Runge-Kutta method is adopted to solve mathematical model,and simulation results will be scent to Simulation System of Field Signal,the system converts simulation results to the real sensor signal and sends to the AGC control system,AGC Control System sends th e con tr ol signal to Simulation Computer after receiving the simu lation results,so that the whole system constitutes a closed-loop control system.The Simula\tion Platform For High-Speed Industrial Process in cludes some real device used in factory,also includes the hardware of device used to simulate scene,combined with the software of various parts,the whole production process of rolling mill can be simulatedIn this paper,the production process of cold rolling mill is researched and the construction of hardware and the design of software for Simulation Platform For High-Speed Industrial Process are completed.The simulation results of the Simulation Platform For High-Speed Industrial Process is verified through experiments and simulation.The results show that the Simulation Platform For High-Speed Industrial Process can do better in simulating the rolling process of reversible rolling mill,which is very valuable for improving the control performance and accuracy of AGC Control System.
