The basement environment of the karst ecosystem is fragile and unstable,and it is extremely difficult to recover after damage.However,most karst areas have been affected by unreasonable human factors for a long time,resulting in serious damage to the ecosystem.Understanding and handling these problems well is of great significance for restoring the stability of the ecosystem and protecting the ecological environment.Therefore,this paper chooses the more ecologically fragile karst world natural heritage as the research area.Through the long-term monitoring of the physical,chemical and biological indexes of the river water,the current situation of the water environment quality and the pollution situation are understood.And through the water quality,hydrological conditions,social status,aquatic organisms such as indicators of screening,establish karst area river health evaluation system,taking Huang Zhou river basin as an example for the empirical analysis,not only filled the blank in the research of river health karst area,more abundant preliminary research in the field of river health related research in our country,the conclusion is as follows:?1?the water quality in karst areas is as follows:in terms of season,compared with spring,summer and autumn,the pollution in winter is less,the comprehensive nutritional status index is lower,and the water quality is better;From the perspective of space,the water quality of the upper reaches of rivers in karst areas is worse than that of the lower reaches,and the comprehensive nutrient status index of the upper reaches is generally higher than that of the lower reaches.?2?the phytoplankton structure in karst areas may be of the chlorophyll-diatom type,and cyanophyta also occupies a considerable proportion.The main environmental factors affecting the abundance and distribution of phytoplankton in karst areas are WT,CODMn and Chl-a.?3?through the river health evaluation index system that karst region within the channel change extent of C1,bottom C3,Velocity of the C7,riparian zone habitat types C5,velocity,water quality comprehensive pollution index C10,water function areas put C12,public satisfaction C16,velocity of C7 is these indicators may be affect karst area the main indicators of river health,the largest influence on river health and river flow.
