Hebei Province enjoys very rich forest resources with enormous output.As the apple with the largest cultivation area and the highest yield in the province,a large number of discarded branches are produced every year during the planting process.The abandoned shoots have very low utilization,and too many abandoned branches are discard or burn at will,which not only affects the environment,but also is a waste of resources.Auricularia auricula is a precious edible and medicinal fungus in China.Because of its high nutritional value,it is favored by more and more people,and the cultivation scale is also getting larger and larger.With the consumption of ordinary wood chips of cultivated raw materials,there are even some areas have formed a contradiction between edible fungi and forest trees.The cultivation of Auricularia auricula using apple chips that are considered to be discarded and not used in the test area not only solves environmental problems,but also realized the problem of biotech-nology reuse of abandoned resources.This paper firstly analyzes the nutrients of common wood chips,apple wood chips and corn cobs.The results showed that the total carbon content reached 54.06%and the total nitrogen content reached 0.44%.The whole carbon and total nitrogen content of the wood chips and corn cob are almost the same.The crude ash content was 4.04%,which was significantly higher than the other two cultivated raw materials.Compared with wood chips,the content of crude fiber is 54.62%lower than that of wood chips.The cellulose content of corn cob is higher than that of apple wood chips.A certain proportion of corn cob can be added to the cultivation medium to supplement.This shows that is feasible to cultivate Auricularia auricula using apple wood chips.A comparison test was carried out on each strain of Auricularia auricula deposited from the Heilongjiang Institute of Microbiology,Agricultural University of Hebei and the Institute of Food and Drug Research of Hebei University.From the comparison of vegetative growth stage and reproductive growth stage,the dominant strains of Heiweibanjin were initially screened out.The purification and rejuvenation of six strains of Auricularia auricula strains screened through the nutrition stage were compared.The results showed that the rejuvenation strains were superior to the starting strains in terms of mycelium long speed,enzyme activity and biological efficiency of the mycelium.By comparing the mycelial speed,enzyme activity and biological efficiency of different rejuvenation strains,selecting TipHB as the dominant strain,and the combined comparativing test results were used to determine the Tip HB as the dominant strain for subsequent experiments.For the dominant strains,comparion was conducted between mycelium growth rate and biological efficiency of the mycelium of different apple wood chips.The result turns that formula 3,consisting of 58%apple wood chips,30%corn cob,10%bran,2%lime,enables the highest growth speed of hyphae to reach 5.42mm/d,and the biological efficiency is up to117.42%.Formulation 3 was therefore set as the optimal formulation for cultivation of Auricularia auricula under the conditions of this test.In the use of mushroom bran,through the correlation measurement of Auricularia auricula mushroom bran,it was found that the total nitrogen content of Auricularia auricula mushroom bran was 1.84%,the protein content was 11.26%,the crude fiber content was30.13%,the crude ash content was 14.97%,and the phosphorus content was 0.59%,potassium content is 0.76%,and magnesium content is 0.27%,which indicates that Auricularia auricula can provide nutrients for the growth of purple leaf lettuce.When the amount of Auricularia auricula mushroom bran was increased by 35%,the germination rate of purple leaf lettuce reached 86.91%and the germination time was the shortest about 7 days.The results of agronomic traits of purple leaf lettuce showed that when the amount of Auricularia auricula mushroom bran is 35%,it could promote some agronomic traits such as plant height,root length,fresh weight,dry weight and number of leaves of purple leaf lettuce.increase.When the amount of Auricularia auricula mushroom bran is more than 55%,its growth is inhibited.
