Due to their unique structural characteristics,molecular designability and diversity,ladder-conjugated molecules that have show broad application prospects in organic optoelectronic materials attract more and more attention of chemists.The ladder-type conjugated molecules with rigid planar structure can prevent conformational disorder,and thereby have a wide range of optical,electrical,and thermal properties.Up to now,the incorporation of main-group elements into the skeleton structure is a powerful strategy to modify the structures of ladder-conjugated molecules.Among the reported main-group-doped ladders,the boron atoms embedded in ladder-type molecules have been proved to be useful as luminescent materials and electron transport materials.In this paper,we have synthesized a series of ladder-type molecules and polymers with incorporated boron atoms,the results show that these molecules have strong fluorescence emission,high thermal stability and good electron transport properties.So it will be able to provide the scientific basis for developing its practical application on organic photoelectric functional materials.The whole thesis includes three parts:Part one: Introduction.Briefly introduce the current development situation of organoboron compounds and polymers.Part two: Synthesis and properties of ladder-conjugated polymers containing B-N units.Firstly,aminocarbazole derivatives or polymers are obtained by Suzuki or Stille coupling reation.Next,it reacted with phenylboron dichloride to forming ladder-type ?-conjugated compounds and corresponding polymers containing boron atoms.Part three: Synthesis and properties of ladder-conjugated polymers containing B-O units.Using the same synthesis methods,hydroxycarboxazole derivatives or polymers are gained.Then another kind of ladder-type ?-conjugated compounds and corresponding polymers with boron atoms can be synthesized by reacting with phenylboron dichloride.
