Management of cadmium pollution in rice is a major strategic in China.Field experiment was investigated to study the effect of nine soil conditioners on Cd uptake and accumulation in Rice under single application and combined application.The result will provide theoretical basis and practical technical reference for the control of rice cadmium,.The main results are as follows:(1)The effects of nine soil conditioners on Cd accumulation in rice were studied.The results were showed as follow: Compared with the control,Cd content of rice organs and the Cd absorption coefficient in roots and rice reduced after nine soil conditioners added.But the effects on soil pH was different from each other.Soil pH was increased after lime,red mud and calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer added.Among those soil conditioners,better effect was appeared after the addition of lime,silicon fertilizer,magnesium fertilizer,red mud and calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer.And the lime is most effective.(2)The effects of combination of seven soil conditioners on Cd accumulation in rice were studied.The results were showed as follow: Compared with the control,the Cd absorption coefficient in roots and rice reduced and the soil pH increased after the combination of seven soil conditioners added.The addition of lime,magnesium fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer had significant effects on soil pH.And addition of silicon fertilizer and lime had significant effects on Cd absorption coefficient of rice.The best formula for reducing the absorption coefficient of Cd in rice is combination of 120kg/ Mu lime,24kg/ Mu magnesium fertilizer,60kg/ Mu silicon fertilizer,12kg/ Mu phosphate fertilizer,1.2kg/ Mu zinc fertilizer,1.2kg/ Mu manganese fertilizer,and 2.4kg/ Mu iron fertilizer.(3)The effects of combination of four soil conditioners on Cd accumulation in rice were studied.The results were showed as follow: Compared with the control,the Cd absorption coefficient in roots and rice reduced and the soil pH increased after combination of seven soil conditioners added.The addition of red mud and calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer had significant effects on soil pH.And addition of red mud and silicon fertilizer had significant effects on Cd absorption coefficient of rice.the best formula for reducing the absorption coefficient of Cd in rice is combination of 100kg/ Mu red mud,60kg/ Mu silicon fertilizer,24kg/ calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer,2.4kg/ Mu zinc fertilizer.
