This experiment uses a two-factor test design with soil conditioner application as factor A(A1:0 kg/hm~2,A2:1500 kg/hm~2,A3:3000 kg/hm~2),with pure nitrogen application as factor B(B1:154.5 kg/hm~2,B2:139.1 kg/hm~2,B3:123.6 kg/hm~2),the agronomic traits of tobacco, the yield and output value of tobacco and the Economic Character Index(ECI),the physical indicators, main chemical composition and Chemical Components Usability Index(CCUI)of the B2F and C3F,the effective nutrient and pH of tobacco soil, and the changes of harmful metal contents of cadmium, lead and arsenic were studied for different treatments. The main results are as follows:1.Effects on the growth and development of flue-cured tobaccoNitrogen interacts with the conditioning agent, which has a certain effect on the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco.Among them:different treatments of flue-cured tobacco have the same growth period;the main agronomic traits such as plant height, leaf length, leaf width, stem circumference, pitch, leaf area and leaf number of flue-cured tobacco decreased with the decrease of nitrogen fertilizer application, with soil The increase of the amount of conditioning agent showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing, among which the agronomic traits were the highest when the application rate of soil conditioner was 1500 kg/hm~2 and the application rate of pure nitrogen was 154.5 kg/hm~2.2.Influence on main economic traits of tobacco leavesNitrogen interacts with the conditioning agent to increase the yield value of tobacco leaves and the economic effect index.Among them:the yield, output value, the proportion of superior smoke, the proportion of medium smoke, the proportion of medium and upper smoke and the average price of roasted tobacco leaves are 1500 kg/hm~2 for soil conditioner and the highest for 154.5 kg/hm~2 for pure nitrogen. And at this time, the tobacco Economic Character Index(ECI)also reached the maximum.3.Influence on the quality of tobacco leavesNitrogen interacts with the conditioning agent to improve the quality of the roasted tobacco leaves.Among them:the physical properties of tobacco leaves after roasting showed that the leaf length, leaf width, single leaf weight, stem weight and leaf thickness of the upper and lower leaves of orange and yellow in the upper leaves of the treated leaves decrea-sed with the decrease of nitrogen application rate. The increase of soil conditioner dosage increased first and then decreased.Leaf length, leaf width, single leaf weight, stem weight and leaf thickness were all applied with soil conditioner dosage of 1500 kg/hm~2 and pure nitrogen application rate of 154.5 kg/hm~2.The highest, there is no obvious change in the rate of stalk. The main Chemical Components Usability Index(CCUI)of flue-cured tobacco leaves showed that the same amount of soil conditioner applied decreased with the decrease of nitrogen fertilizer application rate;with the same nitrogen fertilizer application level, with the increase of soil conditioner dosage There is no significant difference in the value of the main Chemical Components Usability Index(CCUI)with the application rate of soil conditioner of 1500 kg/hm~2 and the application rate of pure nitrogen of 154.5 kg/hm~2.4.Effect on soil main nutrient and available metal content of harmful metalsAt the same level of soil conditioner application, the main nutrient content of the soil showed a downward trend with the decreased application of nitrogen fertilizer, there was no significant effect on pH of the soil.Under the same nitrogen fertilizer application level, with the increase of soil conditioner dosage, the soil main nutrient content increased;the application of soil conditioner could significantly increase the soil pH,and the treatment rate of 3000 kg/hm~2 soil conditioner was 0 kg/hm~2.The amount of soil conditioner applied was increased by 0.67 units, and the treatment of 3000 kg/hm~2 of soil conditioner was increased by 0.59 units compared with the treatment of 1500 kg/hm~2 of soil conditioner. The soil conditioner can reduce the effective content of harmful metals in the soil better, and the effect of soil conditioner is 3000 kg/hm~2,the pure nitrogen application rate is 154.5 kg/hm~2.In summary, the interaction of nitrogen and conditioner has no effect on the field growth period of flue-cured tobacco;under the influence of interaction between nitrogen and conditioner, the main agronomic traits, main physical indicators, main economic traits indicators and Economic Character Index(ECI),the main Chemical Components Usability Index(CCUI)of upper leaves and middle leaves was 1500 kg/hm~2 for soil conditioner and154.5 kg/hm~2 for pure nitrogen. The main chemical components were applied to soil conditioners in the upper and middle tobacco leaves. The dosage is 3000 kg/hm~2,the applic-ation rate of pure nitrogen is 123.6 kg/hm~2 and the application rate of soil conditioner is 1500 kg/hm~2,and the application rate of pure nitrogen is 139.1 kg/hm~2.The soil nutrient content and the effect of reducing the damage are 3000 kg/hm~2 of soil conditioner, the best nitrogen application rate of 154.5 kg/hm~2.Therefore,the application of appropriate soil conditioner can improve the soil, promote the growth and development of tobacco plants, improve the quality of tobacco leaves, reduce the content of harmful heavy metals in the soil, and finally improve the quality of tobacco leaves.
