Project risk is the danger that formed by uncertainties when project is running for targets.For lowering or controlling risk of projects,one must identify different aspects of project and implement effective management.As the topic around clean energy is getting popular nationally and internationally,the related project activities are ongoing frequently.Usually a project about energy is multi collaborative and complex in terms of construction,commissioning,training,etc.This thesis aims to clear variety of risk along with the energy plant construction project from the whole building up of a MDF plant in Pakistan,and to introduce reason of risk happening with basic theories.From the angle of project risk management,open specifically all the questions in terms of project risk,to observe and research it.Starting from basic concept describing,developing to its characteristics,with theory of Analytical Hierarchy Process and Fussy Comprehensive Evaluation Method,the thesis lists out risk weights of different layer from different aspects of the project,and complete risk category.the thesis present the result of studies on project risk management by applying effective manners,tools and strategies.Lastly,identifying risks,such as equipment material,commissioning,installation etc.,providing strategy against risks and contingency plan,help controlling risks of the project efficiently.What's more important is that the thesis could be treated as a template for similar engineering area for their risk concern.
