Project risk management refers to a series of activities in which the project management entity ensures that the project risks are under control through risk planning,risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and risk monitoring,and achieves the project objectives in the most economical way.Software projects have the characteristics of intangible delivery results,complex technology and high dependence on intellectual labor,difficulty in change control,and difficult process supervision.Project risk management is particularly important.Based on the project risk management theory and taking the Ouyeel network platform project as an example,this paper studies the methods and processes of software project risk management.Firstly,through the practice research,the main construction contents,objectives,organization and characteristics of the Ouyeel network platform project were analyzed,and the project risk management plan was formulated according to the overall objectives of the project.Secondly,the project risk is identified by brainstorming,Delphi and WBS-RBS matrix,and a list of project risk factors is obtained,which are divided into five types of risk categories(demand risk,technical risk,personnel risk,management risk and environmental risk).29 risk factors.Then,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to quantitatively evaluate the project risk,and the hierarchical structure model is established.The hierarchical ordering and hierarchical ranking of the project risk factors are obtained,and the project risk membership degree is determined.The risk factors of the project were divided into three categories:serious,general and minor.Among them,there were 4 serious risk factors,11 were general risk factors,and 14 were minor risk factors.The comprehensive risk level faced by the project is"low".Finally,based on the results of project risk assessment,a corresponding risk response strategy is formulated for 15 risk factors with general and above risk levels;project risk monitoring measures are developed using project risk monitoring sheets and project risk tracking reports,and project milestone reports are utilized.Risk control measures have been developed.The research in this paper provides a relatively complete implementation plan for the life cycle risk planning,risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and risk monitoring of the Ouyeel network platform project,which is conducive to the realization of systematic,comprehensive and quantitative project risk management.Risk management measures provide a reference for other similar projects.
