| Qualities of water supply and discharge of air conditioning compressor manufacturing enterprises have corresponding standards in accordance with the requirements of departments of government every place in every country.With the transfer of manufacturing capacity,HIGHLY has established a plant in India.India is a country which lacks water seriously and faces with the water pollution.Industrial water usage is limited to groundwater,and the quantity of consumption and discharges is limited.As a company that dedicates to environmental business,HIGHLY calls for the seriousness of the problem of pollution,controls the amount of discharge and treats the wastewater to meet the standard of discharge when the plant is constructed.Therefore,HIGHLY has designed a set of wastewater treatment system that can satisfy the requirements of discharge standards.This study introduces the process design of concentrated wastewater treatment system of HIGHLY plant in India,the current relevant methods of water treatment process,a summary of membrane separation technology as well as basic situation of membrane bioreactor(MBR).Compared with the process and discharge requirements of concentrated wastewater treatment in HIGHLY plant in Shanghai,A set of concentrated wastewater treatment system was designed in the plant in India that can satisfy the local discharge requirements in India,put into practical operation and measures were taken to guarantee the proper operation of the plant.The designed concentrated wastewater treatment system mainly consists of concentrated waste water collection tank,demulsification reaction system,gas float pool,pH adjustment pool,MBR biochemical system,disinfection tank,quartz sand filter and activated carbon filter.The result of operation shows that the concentrated wastewater treatment system in HIGHLY plant in India can meet the discharge requirements.With the effect of MBR biochemical system,the total soluble solids(TDS)can also meet the standards. |
