The ship industry of china is developing from huge deadweight country to advanced country.It is developing to enhance the ship construction technology from all size.This thesis base on?Welding Procedure Study of Corrosion Resistance Steel for ships ?from a huge subject?The Applications Technology Research Of Corrosion Resistant Steels Based On IMO Rules?.Thesis introduces the abroad and domestic research background of the corrosion resistant steel,the weldability of ship steel and the influence cause,the concept and process of welding procedure qualification.Also illustrates the main welding methods in shipyard and analyze the basic principle.Base on the theoretical analysis,analyze the weldability of domestic corrosion resistant steel,and carried out welding procedure qualification test according to the different welding method and position.A series of mechanical test and corrosion test were carried out to analyze the weldability of domestic steel.We also carried out welding procedure qualification test between corrosion resistant steel and normal steel according to the different welding method and position.A series of mechanical test and NDT test were carried out to analyze the weldability and property of the different steel joint.Finally we recorded the approved weld parameter to support the ship construction to use domestic corrosion resistant steel.The research show that the mechanic property and operating performance of flux-cored wire are best among the four weld methods,it is recommended to be used considering its high efficiency.The impact toughness and tensile strength of SAW are lower due to the high heat input.The operating performance of solid wire on vertical position is not satisfactory,and it requires good competence of welder.The electrode weld is not suitable to be used widely due to its low efficiency.As all depiction,the flux-cored wire welding is recommended in the future construction,the suitable parameter of downhand/horizontal/overhead position welding is,root:180-200 A,26-29V;fill and cap:210-240 A,26-30 V.Vertical position welding is,root: 155-175 A,24-27V;fill and cap:170-190 A,25-28V.
