This paper is concerned with the catalyst for dehydrogenation of isobutane.Acording to the previous studies,we further explored the effect of carrier of catalyst.In order to improve the selectivity of isobutene,we have prepared series of spinel compound,and the effect of this kind of spinel carrier is obvious.In this paper,the main content and conclusions are as follows:?1?The influence of the load of PtSn on the traditional carrierThree kinds of catalysts with different load amounts of PtSn were prepared.The suitable load of PtSn is 0.5%wt.then we have Compared?-Al2O3,?-Al2O3,MgAl2O4,ZnAl2O4.The conversion of isobutane on the catalyst with alumina carrier is better than that with spinel carrier.However the selectivity of isobutene on the catalyst with spinel carrier is better than that with alumina carrier.?2?The influence of the spinel compound carrier with zinc and magnesium and aluminum.The Mg2ZnAl6,MgZnAl4 and MgZn2Al6 were prepared,Three kinds of carrier have complete spinel structure.The acid amount of Three carriers order for Mg2ZnAl6>MgZnAl4>MgZn2Al6.The activity test indicated that Pt-Sn/MgZnAl4 catalyst exhibited optimal activity and selectivity,the initial conversion of isobutane is 52.09%and the selectivity of isobutene attained98.56%.?3?The influence of calcination temperature of MgZnAl4 for the catalystMgZnAl4 was calcined at 550?,750?and 900?.Three kinds of carrier have spinel structure.With the increase of carrier roasting temperature,characteristics of diffraction peak became more acute.The acid amount of Three carriers order is 550MgZnAl4>750MgZnAl4>900MgZnAl4.
