With the biochar and waste plastic as raw materials,this study has prepared magnetic biochar fillers and columnar modified plastic fillers,also prepared a cylindrical magnetic microreactor.On this basis,a composite filler magnetic biofilm reactor was designed and constructed.The experiment of biofilm colonization has been conducted to comparatively analyze the performance of composite filler magnetic biofilm reactor,single magnetic biochar filler biofilm reactor and single modified plastic filler biofilm reactor,as well as the removal effect of pollutants in urban sewage.In order to explore the effects of various factors on the removal of pollutants in the treatment of wastewater by composite filler magnetic biofilm reactor and determine the optimal operating parameters,the single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment researches have been conducted.Then,under optimal operating conditions,It is used for actual urban sewage treatment and analyzes the removal effect of pollutants.Finally,the mechanism analysis was carried out.The study draws the following conclusions:?1?During the biofilm culturing,the film-hanging effect of composite filler magnetic biofilm reactor was better than that of single magnetic biocharand single modified plastic filler biofilm reactors;When the membrane matured in the composite filler magnetic biofilm reactor and the effluent run stable,the removal efficiency of COD,NH4+-N and TP were steady at 93.3%,87.4%and 74.1%respectively,which were better than that of single magnetic biochar and single modified plastic filler biofilm reactors.?2?Single factor experiment showed that the HRT,DO,filler mixing ratio and filler filling rate had a certain effect on the removal efficiency of COD,NH4+-N and TP.The orthogonal test results showed that the composite filler magnetic biofilm reactor can achieve the best removal efficiency under the operating conditions of HRT of 10h,DO of 3.0mg/L,filler mixing ratio of 2:10 and filler filling rate of 40%.?3?The results of composite magnetic biofilm reactor on treating actual urban sewage showed that the average removal rate of COD,NH4+-N and TP is 92.7%,78.2%and 57.5%respectively.And the effluent concentration of COD,NH4+-Nand TP all can conformed to the first-grade emission standards for urben sewage discharge standard?GB18918-2002?.Among them,the TP concentration of effluent is about1.0mg/L.?4?FR-IR analysis of biochar fillers showed that there are carboxyl groups,phenolic hydroxyl groups and so on in the biochar structure.These groups are beneficial to cell adhesion and proliferation.As a carrier,they can promote the formation of biofilm and accelerate degradation ofpollutants in water.Biofilm microscopic and dehydrogenase activity analysis showed that compared with single modified plastic filler and single magnetic biochar filler,the microbial growth and reproduction in the biofilm on the filler in the composite filler magnetic biofilm reactor was faster and the biological phase was more abundant.Degrading pollutants is better.The fillers used in the composite magnetic biofilm reactor were made of biochar and waste plastic,and the production cost was low.It not noly realized the comprehensive utilization of solid waste,but also treated the wastewater,and the research results have great promotion and application value.
