With the development of aviation industry of China,the increasing of the throughput of domestic airports makes it more difficult to manage the aircraft and special vehicles.In order to solve this problem,this subject focuses on the technical realization of airport ground moving target monitoring system and the collision risk assessment scheme of moving target.Firstly,a moving target monitoring system on the airport ground based on AeroMACS is proposed.Then,aiming at the problem of high communication delay and low resource utilization of the existing system,a full-node broadcasting scheme is proposed by changing the way of resource allocation between uplink and downlink.Comparing the full-node broadcasting scheme with the conventional transmission scheme,simulation results show that the full-node broadcasting scheme can reduce communication delay and improve communication capacity effectively.Secondly,by analyzing of the motion model of moving targets,the Relational Curve between the braking distance and the motion parameters or the time of entering and leaving intersections and the motion parameters can be obtained separately.On this basis,the curve is refined by fuzzy algorithm.Besides,the braking distance and the time of entering and leaving the intersection under the influence of different factors have been obtained.Finally,based on modeling and analyzing of Mobile Target Conflict on the Airport Scene,the collision risk assessment algorithm is designed for six basic types of conflicts through the analysis of the operation models and the theory of fuzzy algorithm.The simulation system and enviroments have been built by Simulink software and the results show that the collision risk assessment system designed can warn all kinds of conflicts in airport scenes,and different warning levels can be fed back according to different collision risk levels,which effectively reduces the possibility of collision occurrence.The research of this topic lays a theoretical foundation for the design of future airport mobile target monitoring system and the corresponding collision risk assessment of mobile targets.It is helpful to optimize the existing airport operation management system and improve the level of airport intelligence and informatization,which has efficient research and application value.
