As a source of energy for global development,oil is the most used fossil fuel in the word.However,the sulfur oxides produced by burning oil will cause pollution and affect human health when discharged into the environment.Therefore,more stringent environmental laws have been introduced,and ultra-deep desulfurization of fuel?<10ppm?has become an urgent research topic.The fuel desulfurization technology used in the industry is mainly hydrodesulfurization,but the traditional hydrodesulfurization process has harsh reaction conditions,high energy consumption and high cost,and good removal effect of thiophene on non-heterocyclic sulfides and heterocyclic sulfides.It is difficult to remove dibenzothiophene and its derivatives in the aromatic sulfide.Oxidative desulfurization can efficiently remove organic sulfides?dibenzothiophene and its derivatives,etc.?under mild conditions?low temperature,normal pressure?.Therefore,it is a very important issue to achieve deep desulfurization by oxidation.The synthesis of supported ionic liquid catalyst by ball mill method and its application in catalytic oxidation desulfurization system are studied in this paper.?1?Cn PMo/SiO2-BM?n=4,8,12,16?catalysts were prepared,and the effects of imidazolium cations with different carbon chain lengths on catalytic oxidation of hydrogen peroxide were investigated.The results show that the catalyst of C16PMo/SiO2-BM has the best catalytic effect.When using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant,the amount of catalyst is 0.02 g,the ratio of oxygen to sulfur is 3,and the reaction temperature is 60°C,the reaction efficiency can reach 99.5%after 30 min;?2?preparation of m-C16PW/SiO2-BM.And using air as oxidant to catalytically oxidize and remove organic sulfur compounds in the model oil.Fe3O4 was supported on C16PW/SiO2 by ball milling during the preparation to obtain m-C16PW/SiO2-BM catalyst,and the active center was sufficiently exposed.The results show that the ball milling process can improve the catalytic activity.When oxygen is used as the oxidant,the amount of catalyst is 0.05 g,the reaction temperature is 120°C,the reaction is 7 h,the desulfurization efficiency can reach 99.1%;?3?The catalyst of C16PMoV/nSiO2-BM?n=10,20,30?is prepared.The effect of the loading of the active center on the catalytic oxidation of air was investigated.The results show that the catalytic effect was best when the mass ratio of active center to SiO2 is 1:10.Under the condition of using air as oxidant,catalyst dosage of 0.06 g,reaction temperature of 120°C,and reaction for 5 h,the desulfurization efficiency can reach 96.4%.
