Sulfur in the fuel oil brings serious harm not only to fuel oil processing,refined,but also to its quality.After combustion,fuel oil becomes sulfur oxides form acid rain,which brings serious environmental pollution and destruct ecological balance and harm to human health.In order to adapt to the trend of ultra-low oils sulfide,the existing technology must be changed,it has become an urgent and important task.The existing hydrodesulfurization technology(HDS)is cost too much and needs a very rigorous reaction condition,so it is hard to achieve a further need.The oxidative desulfurization with its mild reaction condition,simple process,low cost,save energy and high desurfuriztion efficiency has been obtained a lot of attention as a prefer method.This paper uses self-made supported phosphotungstic acid as catalyst,30%hydrogen peroxide as oxidant,organic sulfur compounds were removaled from model compound,gasoline and diesel by a catalytic oxidation method.Screen the catalyst carrier and determine the oxidation method conditions.Then uses phosphotungstic acid as catalyst,air as oxidant,organic sulfur compounds were removaled from gasoline and diesel also by that method.The reaction temperature,reaction time,hydrogen-peroxide and catalyst were inspected.Reaction kinetiecs of oxidation is studied preliminaryly.The results show that H2O2 as oxidant in ODS:the conversions of benzothiophene and dienzothiophene reach above 98.92%and 99.80%respectively,under the conditions of the amount of catalyst 4.31%,amount of CTAB 0.14%,H2O2/S ratio being 1:10,after 60min,at temperature 70 ?,at atmospheric pressure;H2O2 oxidative diesel:the conversions of organic sulfur compounds in diesel reach above 88.80%,under the conditions of the amount of catalyst 3.40%,amount of CTAB 0.14%,H2O2/S ratio being 1:10,after 60min,at temperature 70 ?,at atmospheric pressure;H2O2 oxidative gasoline:the conversions of organic sulfur compounds in gasoline reach above 86.85%,under the conditions of the amount of catalyst 4.27%,amount of CTAB 0.14%,H2O2/S ratio being 1:10,after 50min,at temperature 60?,at atmospheric pressure.Air as oxidant oxidative diesel in ODS:desulfurization of diesel reach above 76.84%,under the conditions of at temperature 80?,after 50min,the amount of catalyst 1.14%,amount of CTAB 0.11%,amount of BPO 0.13%,oil to H2O ratio being 1:1,at 0.6MPa pressure;Air as oxidant oxidative gasoline in ODS:desulfurization of gasoline reach above 71.42%,under the conditions of at temperature 60?,after 50min,the amount of catalyst 1.43%,amount of CTAB 0.17%,amount of BPO 1.43%,oil to H2O ratio being 1:2,at 0.6MPa pressure.
