Sample pretreatment technology is an important prerequisite for rapid and efficient separation and analysis of samples. It is widely used in the analysis and detection for targets in various foods, biological, pharmaceutical and environmental samples. Therefore, the development of more green and efficient sample preparation techniques is of great significance for meeting the needs of the determination of separation and analysis of various compounds. This paper focuses on the development of new adsorbents and the establishment of analytical methods, combined with high performance liquid chromatography for the separation, purification and detection of complex samples.(1)In this experiment,an acrylamide modified silica was prepared, which improved the selectivity and adsorption capacity of silica, and combined with QuEChERS-MSPE method to quickly and efficiently detect carbendazim and dimethyl phthalate in apple. At the same time,Several factors such as the type of adsorbent and the amount of adorbent, and the optimal conditions for determining the two pesticide residues were obtained. The method was verified by validation method and proved to be applicable to the detection and analysis of carbendazim and dimethyl phthalate in apple samples.(2)Chitosan was modified with a fluorinated monomer trifluoroethyl methacrylate to synthesize fluorinated chitosan, and fluorinated chitosan was used as a remover for rapid separation and detection of pesticide residues by QuEChERS method in apple samples. The factors such as the type and amount of adsorbents were investigated.Under optimal conditions, the purification effect of the obtained materials by QuEChERS method was further analyzed by analyzing the recovery rate of pesticide residues. Finally, the new method was applied to the detection of pesticide residues in apple samples.
