Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous improvement of the national economic strength,the scale and consumption of the automobile industry have also advanced by leaps and bounds.The number of cars in the country has reached an unprecedented number,resulting in resource shortages and environmental pollution caused by improper disposal.The problem is getting more and more serious.With the establishment of an environment-friendly society and sustainable development strategy,China's recycling enterprises are gradually paying more attention to scrapped automotive batteries,but they still face imperfect recycling systems,and recycling companies cannot achieve economies of scale and disposal.Non-standardization brings secondary pollution,and the lack of corporate social responsibility leads to problems such as poor corporate brand image.Therefore,this study chooses the feasibility evaluation of scrapped automobile battery recycling as a research content has certain theoretical value and practical significance.This research first introduces the research background,summarizes the research status from the perspectives of scrap car battery recovery analysis,recycling treatment methods and evaluation methods.Based on environmental friendliness,it is analyzed under the support of reverse logistics and closed-loop supply chain.The status quo of scrapped automobile battery recycling,summarizing the connotation,current situation and treatment methods of waste battery recycling in China,mentioning the high recovery cost of scrapped batteries,scattered outlets and poor economies of scale;extensive management of recycling,neglecting safety and environmental protection,resulting in Hidden accidents of accidents;many recycling companies lack social responsibility,pursue economic benefits greater than social benefits,resulting in poor social image,etc.,pointing out the necessity of implementing feasibility evaluation for scrapped vehicle battery recycling,on the one hand adapting to China's establishment of environmentally friendly The social strategy,on the other hand,meets the needs of a sustainable green industry.Secondly,from the perspective of producers involved in recycling,quantitative and qualitative comprehensive analysis is used to evaluate the feasibility of recycling automobile batteries.Based on the principles of science,system,level and national conditions,the feasibility evaluation index system for scrapping automobile battery recycling is constructed.The target layer is the feasibility of recycling automobile battery.The standard layer is economic benefit,ecological environment benefit and social benefit.The index layer is 28 Influencing factors.An improved fuzzy neural network feasibility evaluation structure model combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with particle swarm optimization(PSO)optimized back propagation(BP)neural network is proposed.Through expert questionnaire survey method and statistical empirical analysis method,Verify the validity and robustness of the model.According to the simulation results,different level states are discriminated,an early warning alarm is generated,and a control strategy is proposed for different levels.The feasibility evaluation can provide the main decision-making basis for decision makers to implement the recycling of scrapped vehicle batteries.At the same time,it can help the government management departments to formulate various legal policies,guide the development of various tasks and rationally allocate resources,and promote China.Build an environment-friendly society.Finally,using JAVA tools to establish a scrap car battery recycling feasibility evaluation system,the system mainly includes product information,feasibility evaluation,online user three modules,the system with improved fuzzy neural network algorithm as the leading evaluation method,can achieve The real-time query of the relevant information of the product can provide a reference for the decision makers to evaluate the feasibility of implementing the recycling of the end-of-life vehicle battery in an efficient,accurate and real-time manner.
