Under the restriction of energy and environment,electrification has long been the trend of the overall development of the automobile industry.In addition,with the continuous introduction of various favorable policies of the government,and people's awareness of environmental protection is becomins stronger and stronger,recent years the development of electric vehicles can be described as "explosive growth".The sales of auxiliary power batteries are also increasing year by year,however,the life of electric vehicle battery is limited,and it is expected that there will be a small peak of scrapping by 2020.Evs recycling is a systematic project,which needs the cooperation of logistics network.However,the electric vehicles waste batteries logistics industry in China is in a disordered state of decentralized operation and has not yet formed a large-scale logistics network.Although there are many researches on loaistics network model in academic circles,there are almost no logistics network model specifically targeted at waste electric vehicle batteries.Therefore,it is necessary to study the logistics network model of waste batteries for electric vehicles in order to improve the utilization ratio of used batteries,save resources,protect the environment and perfect the academic system.Based on the theory of logistics network and the theory of extended production responsibility system and uncertain programming,this paper studies the logistics network 1odel of electric vehicle waste battery.Most of the electric vehicle waste battery are recycled.and then returned to the manufacturing enterprises to extract useful parts and then produce new power batteries.In this way,the reverse logistics of waste battery and the forward logistics of new batteries can form a closed-loop logistics network.In addition,domestic research on electric vehicle waste batter is dominated by reverse logistics,while foreign research is dominated by forward and backward closed-loop logistics.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the logistics network ot waste batter and draws lessons from foreign experience for reference to consider the influence of forward logistics when building the model.First of all.this paper analyzes the current situation of China's electric vehicle waste battery logistics network from the aspects of poliey,channels and facilities,compares the three main logistics recovery modes:self support,joint venture and third party outsourcing.According to the current situation of lomstics network,a new logistics model is put forward.that is,electric vehicle waste battery multi-party operation logistics mode,a number of battery manutacturing enterprises are the main body,joint third partv logistics enterprises and waste disposal plants co-responsible for the logistics network.Then,on the basis of multi-party joint operation mode,aimine at maximizing the total revenue of the logistics network,the integrated network model of forward and reverse logistics ot electric vehicle battery under certain environment is constructed.Compared with the traditional lomstics network model,a logistics center capable of simultaneously processing forward and reverse logistics is added.Then the logistics network model of electric vehicle waste battery under uncertain environment is established,and the uncertainty of the demand of electric vehicle battery,the amount of waste battery and the recovery quality are taken into account at the same time.The uncertain parameters are represented by triangular fuzzy numbers,and uncertain model is transformed into a deterministic model by using the tuzzy chance constrained programming method to solve the problem.Finally,taking Beijing as an example,divides into five consumption resions.and the models under certain environment and uncertain environment are solved by using Lingo software,and the distribution,location and flow results of each logistics network facility are obtained.And analyzes the influence of confidence level on the results of the uncertain environment nodel,so as to put forward policy recommendations.
