With the increasing problems of global energy shortage and environmental pollution,Greening has become an important development trend of high-end equipment and the field of technological innovation,and is the current research hotspot and technological frontier.Energy-saving is one of the greening.As the basic equipment which is widely used in manufacturing industry,CNC machine tools have huge potential for energy saving and are in urgent need of energy saving design.At present,machine tool manufacturers lack matching methods and tools for machine tool motors.When choosing motors,they often rely on workers' experience,and can not predict the energy consumption performance of machine tools to adjust the motor selection scheme at the design stage,which may cause the problem of motor over-selection,leading to waste of resources and also brings huge workload.Aiming at this problem,with the support of 2016 Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Green Manufacturing System Integration Project,taking CNC hobbing machine as the research object,this paper carried out study and software development of the energy-saving design method of machine tools based on motor matching.These works would provide effective support for CNC gear hobbing machine energy-saving design.Firstly,the structure characteristics and energy consumption characteristics of CNC gear hobbing machine are analyzed.Based on the analysis results and the parameters of selected motors and other getatable design parameters,the phase unit power model of CNC gear hobbing machine is established.On this basis,the energy efficiency model and energy flow model of machine tool are established.The energy proportion of energy systems in standby phase,idle phase,cutting phase are established.The proportion of phase energy consumption of machine tool,as well as the energy utilization of machine tool are also calculated.The accuracy of phase unit power model is verified through experiments.Secondly,according to the structure characteristics of CNC gear hobbing machine,the matching range of CNC gear hobbing machine tool motors is delimited.Five matching models of CNC gear hobbing machine motors and motor matching parameter system of CNC gear hobbing machine are established.The matching parameters are calculated using the motion curves.The matching standard of CNC gear hobbing machine motors for common brands and types is studied,and the structure of motor library is planned.Finally,based on C# programing language,the theoretical research results of CNC gear hobbing machine energy consumption modeling and motor matching technology are integrated to develop the supporting software for machine tool energy-saving design.The energy consumption of motor matching scheme is displayed in software.The software is tested on some gear hobbing machine to testify its effectiveness.
