R&D And Application Of Hot Rolled Stainless Steel Composite Roll Separation Production Line

Stainless steel composite material is a kind of energy-saving material,which is made of carbon steel as the base material and stainless steel as the cladding material.Its main feature is that carbon steel and stainless steel form a solid metallurgical combination,can be hot pressing,cold bending,cutting,welding and other processing,has good process performance,material and thickness can be freely combined to meet the needs of different users.As a resource-saving product,it reduces the consumption of precious metals,greatly reduces the cost of construction,and achieves the perfect combination of low cost and high performance.Therefore,it has been widely used in petroleum,chemical industry,salt industry,water conservancy and electric power industry to replace all stainless steel,which has great social and economic benefits.There are many ways to produce stainless steel clad plate materials.The main production processes are explosive cladding and hot rolling cladding.The rolling method is adopted in the production of stainless steel composite materials at Kunming Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,that is,four-layer rolling method with coiled finished products.The advantage of this production method is high efficiency and thin strip can be produced.But the coil rolled by this way contains two layers of stainless steel clad plate,which needs to be divided into coils.At present,there is no same or similar production line in China for reference.Starting from the production process of stainless steel clad sheet material,this paper studies the structure of hot-rolled stainless steel clad coil,and on this basis studies the coiling process of hot-rolled stainless steel clad coil,and designs the coiling line of stainless steel clad coil.The main contents include the following aspects:1.Structure analysis of hot rolled stainless steel compound coil2.hot rolled stainless steel composite roll separation process research and verification.3.scheme design of hot rolled stainless steel compound roll separation production line.4.hot rolled stainless steel compound coil rolling production line complete sets of equipment selection check,special equipment design.5.follow up improvement of hot rolled stainless steel compound coil rolling production line.
