Tiles,as an important building material both indoor and outdoor,have been used throughout the world.With the improvement of living standards,people have higher and higher quality requirements,especially in terms of color.However,the existing tile color difference detection is manually detected at room temperature in the final stage of the tile production process,resulting in low tile detection efficiency,uneven color of the finished product,and waste of resources and energy.For this reason,it has important practical significance to develop a real-time on-line chromatic aberration detection system that covers the entire process and multiple links.In this thesis,based on the deep research of tile color difference detection technology at home and abroad,by analyzing the characteristics and application range of HSV and CIE LAB color space color difference detection algorithms and combining the characteristics of production tile online detection.Firstly,the minimum distance color difference detection algorithm based on CIE LAB color space is improved,and then combined with the color difference detection algorithm based on HSV color space similarity measurement,the joint algorithm proposed in this paper is formed.Based on this,a high temperature tile color difference detection system based on FPGA is designed.The system uses Altera's Cyclone IV series EP4CE as the core control unit,and uses the pure hardware description language Verilog HDL programming to implement the video image acquisition module,SDRAM data storage module,the joint color difference detection algorithm module,the VGA display module and motor equipment control modules under the development environment of the Quartus ? 13.1.and use Modelsim and Signal Tap II for simulation and debugging of the corresponding modules to achieve rapid and accurate detection of high-temperature tiles.Finally,the detection results are displayed on the VGA monitor in real time,and the control motor can eliminate unqualified tiles and alarm prompts.Through comparison tests of different color tiles under high temperature and normal temperature,it can be concluded that:the color difference detection processing speed based on FPGA video image can reach the millisecond level to meet the needs of real-time online acquisition and processing.The detection effect of the combined color difference detection algorithm proposed in this paper is more in line with human visual perception,which effectively improves the detection accuracy of tile color difference.When unqualified tiles are detected at each detection point,the motor equipment is controlled to remove unqualified high-temperature tiles in time,so that the substandard tiles do not enter the next production process,reducing the production of energy,waste of resources;and has good practical significance.
