Changlong Pipeline Company is a private enterprise engaged in oil casing production.Since its establishment in 2016,with the gradual expansion of its scale,it is facing increasingly fierce market competition.As a new venture,company leaders have a deep understanding that product quality plays a vital role in surviving and developing in the fierce competition.In this paper,the main product of Changlong Pipeline Company,casing quality,is taken as the research object.By using the methods of literature research,empirical research and qualitative and quantitative methods,the quality status of anti-corrosion coating for casing is analyzed,the main quality defects and their causes are found,and the methods of improving coating quality are put forward.Firstly,this paper summarizes the current situation and trend of quality control research at home and abroad,combs the related theories and methods of product quality control,and lays the foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,it summarizes the production process of oil casing,summarizes the existing quality control process and control standards,and on this basis,it analyses the quality of anti-corrosion coating of oil casing based on customer complaint data and product scrap data.Defects are identified and the main quality defects are identified.The source of coating thickness fluctuation is identified by using the theory of quality data fluctuation,and an interpretative structural model of casing coating thickness fluctuation is established to analyze the key causes of coating thickness fluctuation.Then,the influencing factors of key causes of coating thickness fluctuation are identified,and the key process parameters of casing spraying are defined and mathematically described.Finally,particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the above process parameters model,and MATLAB software is used to simulate the anticorrosive coating based on the optimized process parameters.The simulation results are compared with the original coating thickness distribution,which proves the correctness of the process parameters model.In this paper,the quality defect of anti-corrosion coating for oil casing in Changlong Pipeline Company is solved by using the related theory and method of quality control.It can not only improve the product quality and enhance the core competitiveness of the company,but also provide important reference for the quality control of other manufacturing enterprises.
