As a derivative of two-dimensional graphene,three-dimensional graphene?3DG?is a new carbon material with three-dimensional macrostructure.It not only has excellent electrical conductivity,but also has a large specific surface area,special three-dimensional porous structure,good compression recovery performance,large void ratio and large surface area.Otherwise,the three-dimensional interconnect structure also provided a rich conductive network.These excellent properties make 3DG have a very broad application prospect in the fields of biomechanical sensing,electronic skin,catalysis and energy storage.However,the 3DG and its composites reported recently still have some disadvantages in mechanical properties and electrical conductivity,which greatly limits the application of 3DG and its composite materials.In this paper,we first introduced graphene-SiO2 nanoballs?GSB?as an additive to3DG.The nano effects of nanomaterials and the additional?-?force are provided by adding GSB into graphene oxide?GO?solution in the process of preparation.The GO sheets can be combined to a 3DG composite material foam?GSBF?more effectively and the structure of GSBF would be more strongly after the reduction self-assembly process.The GSBF not only has an extremely large deformation recovery capability?95%deformation can be recovered?,its mechanical properties and electrical conductivity has also been greatly improved.In addition,the sensing performance test of GSBF showed its potential application as a mechanical sensor material,such as the ability to identify mechanical signals in different frequency stress,stable conductivity under different pressure,without strain loss after been repeated many times.The stability and response time are also excellent.At last,the tests of breathing and water droplets demonstrated the potential of GSBF materials as a mechanical sensing material in the application of sensors.Finally,GSBF flexible sensor with ultra-high sensitivity was prepared.The sensitivity of the sensor reached 103,and it also showed good performance in stability.In the human activity detection application,it demonstrated that the GSFB flexible sensor can accurately feedback the signals generated by the different degrees of bending of the fingers,and able to accurately capture the motion of each finger bending at different frequencies.The sensor in the pulse detection can capture three characteristic peaks of pulse in each pulse beat.At the same time,in the photosensitivity test,GSFB showed very weak photoelectric response capability,which proved that the generation of photocurrent does not affect the measurement accuracy of the sensor.
