In recent years,it has been found that fused ring compounds can effectively regulate the fluorescence emission of fluorescent substances and improve their strength and photostability due to their unique optical properties.In particular,BOPHY derivatives and cyanine derivatives are widely used in many fields such as bioanalysis,detection,and imaging because of their excellent tunable optics,photophysical properties,redox properties,and near-infrared properties.Two new probes,BOPHY-NO2 and Cy-Si-ben,were prepared and their detection mechanism was explored.The detection conditions were optimized and applied to the detection of cysteine?Cys?and fluoride ion.A novel BOPHY-NO2 probe was designed and synthesized.Based on the Michael addition reaction mechanism,a new detection method for detecting cysteine was constructed.When cysteine is added to the probe solution,the double bond of BOPHY-NO2is broken to form a fluorescent"turn on"phenomenon.Various factors such as pH,reaction time and solvent content were investigated.Cys was detected according to the change in fluorescence intensity of BOPHY-NO2,and the fluorescence intensity of the probe was enhanced by 40 times.The test time of this experiment is short and can be completed within8 minutes.This method has high sensitivity and selectivity with a detection limit of0.2?mol/L.The probe was successfully applied to the detection of cysteine in human serum,and a recovery of 95%was obtained.2.A new type of water-soluble cyanine probe Cy-Si-ben was designed and synthesized.When fluoride ions are added,the fluoride ions attack the Si-O bond to break it.By protonation,the fluorescence is restored to form a fluorescent"turn on"phenomenon.The experimental conditions were finally set to a solution of 5mmol/L Mops buffer-DMSO(pH=7.4,VDMSO%=70%)at 60°C.The fluoride ion was detected according to the change of the fluorescence intensity of Cy-Si-ben,and the change of the fluorescence intensity of the probe was positively correlated with the amount of fluoride ion added,and the change of the fluorescence intensity was 80times.This method has high sensitivity and selectivity with a detection limit of 0.2?mol/L.The fluoride ion in the toothpaste was detected by this method,which was basically consistent with the calibrated fluoride ion content.
