Processing Technology Of LiaoHe Coker Gas Oil

The coker gas oil from Liaohe Petrochemical Company contains a lot of alkali nitrogen,which exceeded 2000 ?g/g.If catalytic cracking directly,would cause catalyst deactivation.Therefore,it requires denitrification.Through the pilot test,compare the effects of complexed denitrification-catalytic cracking process,hydrofining process and the hydrocracking blending process,to discuss which process is better to treat coker gas oil.The complex denitrification-catalytic cracking process,firstly performs the complex denitrification treatment of coker gas oil,and then the denitrified refined oil is blended into the catalytic cracking device to finally obtain the gasoline and diesel products.The alkali nitrogen content of the coker gas oil can be reduced to below 1000?g/g to meet the catalytic cracking feed requirements.The denitrogenated coker gas oil is blended into a catalytic cracker for processing.The hydrofining process is to hydrotreat the coker gas oil.By changing the reaction conditions,to discuss the effect of alkali nitrogen removal.Under the operating conditions of 375 or 385?,ratio of hydrogen to oil 1000,space velocity 1.2 h"1,and pressure 12 MPa,the alkali content of coker gas oil can be reduced to below 1000 ?g/g,and the sulfur content can be reduced.The properties of coker gas oil could be improved.The hydrocracking blending process is to blend the coker gas oil with the upgraded raw materials and perform two-stage hydrogenation treatment.The coker gas oil can reduce the nitrogen content by mixed with the reforming raw materials.After hydrocracking,the nitrogen content can be reduced to less than 10 ?g/g.The product contains 70%diesel fraction,and the cetane number of heavy diesel can reach the National V Standard.The tests prove that three processes can effectively deal with coker gas oil.If the processes carry out in industry,,further consideration should be given to factors such as catalyst life,product properties,and economic benefits.
