As the combustion of the diesel fuel will produce large amounts of air pollutants,the higher quality of diesel has been required for health,safety and environmental protection.According to the present situation of the Dushanzi Petrochemical Corp diesel production,the development of clean fuel production technology at home and abroad,and the accumulated scientific research by Petrochemical Corp over the years,the experimental researches on diesel hydrogenation process,evaluation and complex of the additives have been conducted.The formulas of the State V diesel oil blending and complex additives have been determined upon the actual situation.Through hydrogenation experiments,this paper studied the influence of reaction temperature,space velocity,pressure,hydrogen to oil ratio on the sulfur content of the product,which aimed at exploring the hydrogenation process conditions for preparing low sulfur diesel to provide reference for industrial production device.The main physico-chemical properties of two kinds of straight distillation diesel and two kinds of coking diesel obtained hrough hydrogenation could meet the State V diesel components requirements for blending.Then the susceptibility tests of diesel lubricity improvers,diesel flow improvers,anti-static agents and detergents with straight run hydrogenation diesel,catalytic hydrogenation coking diesel,-35 # diesel components and heavy diesel oil has been conducted,showing that: the susceptibility of six diesel components on diesel lubricity improvers were different,but in a certain dosage can meet the requirements;Three kinds of diesel flow improvers have obvious effects of pour point reduction on two kinds of straight distillation hydrogenation diesel,two kinds of catalytic hydrogenation coking diesel and hydrocracking heavy diesel oil.Also they can reduce the cold filter point of the straight run hydrogenation diesel oil.However the cold filter point of catalytic hydrogenation coking diesel and hydrocracking heavy diesel oil cannot be reduced.Next the complex tests of diesel lubricity improvers,diesel flow improvers,anti-static agents and detergents are conducted,showing that: Diesel flow improvers have a certain extent improvement on the lubricity of diesel fuel,the adding of diesel lubricity improvers and detergents doen't affect the low temperature properties of diesel fuel.On the contary they can increase the diesel conductivity.By examining the additives susceptibility on the 0#,-20#,-35# diesel base oil,complexing additives and conducting susceptibility test,the formulas of the 0#,-20#,-35# State V based diesel oil blending and complex additives have been determined.The 0#,-20#,-35# State five diesel after blending can meet "Diesel"(Five)technical requirements.
