In recent years,with the construction of China's natural gas pipelines and the rapid development of the natural gas industry,the volume of domestic and foreign trade of natural gas has soared.The demand for the verification of natural gas flow meters has been increasing.And the demand for natural gas flow metering accuracy has become higher and higher.This article investigates the verification status of natural gas flowmeters at home and abroad.Especially the inspection process and flow of foreign large-diameter natural gas flowmeters.The main research contents of this paper are determined according to the relevant technical conditions of natural gas flowmeter verification in our country.1)Acquired relevant research results and technical data at home and abroad,and investigated the development and research status of natural gas flowmeters at home and abroad.In-depth exploration of the calibration technology for natural gas flowmeters and well-known natural gas flowmeter verification station construction experience and verification process at home and abroad2)For the mass-time method(mt method)characteristics of the original standard verification device,the accuracy of the original standard device of the MT method is studied systematically from the ball tank,the additional tube capacity and the fast reversing valve.3)Through the research and improvement of the device,and using the comparison and verification of the field test data and the original data.Reduced the extended uncertainty of the mass flow of standard equipment of the original mt method to 0.06%...
