With the rapid development of intelligent technology,audio signals as an object of identification and control have become an important target for research in all walks of life at this stage.Most of the current technical methods are based on the Internet of Things.The working principle is roughly that the front end performs data collection,and the data is transmitted to the background for big data processing through the network,and the processing result is fed back to the front end;for the no network zone and the requirements The technical route is not applicable in real time to control the application scenario.In order to make the audio signal truly applied to the early warning and monitoring of trains in the industrial field,this topic collects the audio signal in the rail of the train during operation,and uses 16-bit single-chip microcomputer as the core of the controller to process and recognize the digital audio signal,and combined with the touch screen.Wireless communication,designed for portable train special warning device with convenient operation,high recognition rate and strong anti-interference ability.This paper introduces the hardware circuit design and software program design of the specific audio recognition system in detail.The hardware circuit design is designed by PROTEL,which mainly includes voltage conversion circuit,audio signal acquisition circuit,audio signal preamplifier circuit and high frequency signal of audio signal.Circuit,basic working circuit of single chip microcomputer,single chip microcomputer and wireless module,touch screen communication circuit,etc.The software program design mainly adopts C language and assembly language mixed programming,which mainly includes the design of A/D sampling program,the design of audio signal FFT transform program,and the bit reversal program designed for reverse output of FFT transform result,audio feature parameters Extraction program design,microcontroller and wireless module SPI,touch screen UART,data memory I2 C communication program design.In this paper,the oscilloscope is used to analyze the audio signal acquisition and pre-processing circuits.The results are consistent with the expectation.The logic analyzer is used to verify the correctness of each communication program of the single-chip microcomputer.The MATLAB software is used to perform FFT transformation analysis on the collected audio signals.And the feature parameters are extracted,and the feature parameters are used as a reference for comparison with the results obtained by the single-chip software program design.Therefore,the identification system has a strong recognition ability for specific audio recognition.
