Wheel machine repair heart repair and maintenance of the railway has an important significance. Repair wheel center to use means of welding, but welding wheel center control system is mostly not high degree of automation, the majority is still in the early stages of automation and control, so that the lower wheel center surfacing efficiency. This paper introduces a more advanced automatic welding center wheel control system that can be set in advance welding parameters in the welding process automatically transform welding speed, and with the associated mechanical clamping device, the user interface for the touch screen, the operator convenience, the reaction system quickly and accurately.This article describes the control system-related hardware circuit and gives some results of circuit simulation, focusing on various parts of the MCU control circuit and realize the function of the touch screen SA-4.3A and introduces the principle of single-chip dsPIC30F6011A communication, given the communication and debugger result.Digital potentiometer X9241YP that the system can automatically change speed or welding wire feed speed is critical. In this paper, the performance of which the digital potentiometer, structure, working principle, communication program debugging and partial results are given instructions.The system uses a touch screen interface SamDraw editing software to create a man-machine interface, the use of assembly language programming system in Mplab software program, using logic analyzers and other instruments to observe the results of the commissioningThe system uses a closed-loop negative feedback manner to achieve the motor armature voltage regulator, combined with digital potentiometer so the adjustment process is stable and reliable, but also have anti-interference ability. The system is designed for welding repair and wheel center set, has a strong practical, debugging results show that the system can meet the requirements of welding technology center wheel.
