printing and dyeing wastewater is one of the common industrial wastewater,Improper treatment will seriously pollute water bodies and harm the environment.Activated carbon can effectively absorb the chromaticity of printing and dyeing wastewater and organic substances that are hard to degrade.However,activated carbon activated carbon manufacturing process of the cost of raw materials consumption,if the adsorption saturated activated carbon directly landfill for disposable consumer goods,which will lead to economic costs,environmental pollution and other problems.Therefore,it is of great significance to modify activated carbon so as to improve the adsorption effect of activated carbon,and study the regeneration and recycling of activated carbon.In this paper,by studying the metal ion load modification of activated carbon,the effect of metal ion load modification on the adsorption performance of activated carbon was discussed,and the regeneration of modified activated carbon was studied,by comparing the regeneration effect of different regeneration methods,the following conclusions are drawn:?1?The modified activated carbon loaded with irons of Cu,Fe,Mn,and Zn can improve the chromaticity removal rate of simulated printing and dyeing wastewater.The activated carbon loaded with Cu ion has the best effect,and the chromaticity removal rate is 50%higher than the original carbon.Under the conditions of loading sequence of Cu ion first and Mn second,roasting time of 3h and metal ions mass concentration of 5%,the removal effect of chromaticity is the best.?2?The regeneration methods of activated carbon modified by metal loading include Fenton reagent oxidation,microwave irradiation and Fenton-microwave combined regeneration.When Fenton was regenerated,the regeneration rate of activated carbon reached 75%on the conditions that the dosage of H2O2 was 2 mL,;the pH value was 4;the reaction time was 60 min,and the molar ratio of n?H2O2?:n(Fe2+)was 30:1.When microwave irradiation was used for regeneration,the regeneration rate of activated carbon reached81%on the conditions that the irradiation power was 700 W and the irradiation time was 1.5 min.Under the optimal conditions of Fenton-microwave combined regeneration,the regeneration rate of activated carbon reached 96.32%on the conditions of 700 W irradiation power and 2min irradiation time.The results showed that Fenton-microwave combined regeneration had the highest regeneration rate and the best regeneration effect.?3?The unmodified activated carbon and modified activated carbon were respectively regenerated under the same conditions,Under fenton condition,the regeneration rate of modified activated carbon is slightly higher than that of unmodified activated carbon.Under the condition of microwave irradiation,the regeneration rate of modified carbon was more than 20%higher than that of unmodified carbon.Under fenton microwave combined condition,the regeneration rate of modified carbon was 10%higher than that of unmodified carbon,the regeneration rate of modified activated carbon increased obviously under microwave condition.?4?When the Fenton microwave combined regeneration method was applied to a microwave continuous flow reactor,the highest regeneration efficiency was 84.33%under the optimal Fenton condition with the irradiation time of 60s and the irradiation power of 2000 W.Multiple regeneration studies show that the regeneration rate of activated carbon decreases with the increase of regeneration times.The obtained adsorption penetration curve was fitted by Logistic model,and the fitting effect was good,and the correlation coefficients were all above0.99.?5?The mechanism of regeneration was explained by scanning electron microscope?SEM?,Boehm titration and Fourier infrared spectrum scanning.In this experiment,fenton microwave combined regeneration was carried out with metal-supported modified activated carbon,and the regeneration effect was good,providing theoretical basis for future applicatio.The experiments show that the metal-supported modified activated carbon has good regeneration effect after fenton regeneration,microwave regeneration and fenton microwave combined regeneration,among which fenton microwave combined regeneration has the highest regeneration rate and the best regeneration effect,which provides the theoretical basis for the future application.
