In wallpaper printing industry,the traditional plate-making and printing methods have developed for many years,and the printing technology level has been relatively mature,but it is difficult to break through some of its inherent shortcomings.In recent years,digital printing with its unique advantages is penetrating into many industries related to printing.Combining digital printing with circular screen printing and giving full play to their respective advantages is of great practical significance to the process upgrading of the existing wallpaper printing industry.The quasi-synchronization control of circular screen digital wallpaper press has an important influence on the production technology of wallpaper.In this paper,the quasi-synchronization control system of circular screen digital wallpaper press will be studied.The main control system includes the quasi-synchronization control of circular screen printing section and digital printing section.The main contents are as follows:(1)The composition of each working section and the detection methods of overprint errors among printing units of circular screen digital wallpaper printer are analyzed,and three methods of realizing the quasi-synchronous control of the overprint of circular screen digital wallpaper printer are put forward,which are respectively applied to the synchronous control of the overprint of circular screen printing section,digital printing section and two printing sections.(2)Aiming at the speed control of servo motor,the mathematical model of servo motor is established,and the speed control of servo motor is realized by using voltage space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM).At the same time,the model of three closed-loop servo motor control system is established in the simulation software MATLAB Simulink,which mentions adjusting the parameters of PID regulator,improves the response speed of servo motor control,and verifies it.The reliability of the overprint synchronization control scheme is achieved.(3)According to the overprint synchronization control scheme proposed in the subject,the hardware design of the main control system is carried out.The double-controller system is applied to realize the overprint synchronization control of each printing unit,and the design of error signal detection circuit and transmission circuit is completed.The software design completes the main control program design of the main control PLC,the motion SFC program and the mechanical structure program of the motion controller,and the output module program of the linear motor cam for the digital printing section.The simulation results show that the precision of quasi-synchronization control of circular screen digital wallpaper press has reached the requirements,and the control system has fast response speed and good anti-jamming performance.This paper has 69 figures,7tables and 50 references.
