With the improvement of quality of life and advancement of science and technology,the quality,variety,and color of textiles has become the fashion that everyone is pursues.Digital inkjet has become a very mature technology,its appearance in advertising,digital publishing and other printing fields,and traditional textile printing in the field of circular screen printing machine with its speed,high output,Technical maturity and other characteristics have their irreplaceable nature.How to combine these two printing methods has become a topic of great concern to textile researchers.This will enable the textile industry to achieve green manufacturing to meet the high-end needs of consumers,so in-depth research on the combination of traditional printing and digital printing is of great significance for the progress of printing technology.This paper analyzes the development status of rotary screen printing machines and digital ink jet printers,and summarizes the key research contents when combining the two types of models.Focused on the research of the synchronous control of the main printing parts such as new rotary screen digital printing machine substrates,rotary screen printing units,digital ink jets,etc.The synchronous control system for rotary screen printing and digital ink jet printing was designed to complete the rotary screen printing and Digital printing combined with human-computer interaction main control board design realizes high-speed real-time communication of the new rotary screen digital printing machine.The new rotary screen digital printing machine substrate control system uses permanent magnet synchronous motor drive,uses C8051F040 chip to design the motion control synchronizer,establishes the SVPWM three control algorithm to control the printing belt speed,and uses MATLAB to carry out the substrate motion.Simulations verify the stability of control in this way.The main control board design of the rotary screen is based on the FPGA processor and programmable logic device CPLD as the core synchronous control.The digital control board design uses the Cyclone III EP3C10E144C8 N chip as the core to realize the synchronous operation of the rotary screen printing and the digital printing.A USB3.0 high-speed image data transmission communication system was designed,and Industrial Ethernet was applied to a new rotary network digital motion control system.Based on the motion control system of rotary screen printing and digital inkjet printing,the Controller 3200 c programmable controller,motion controller and FX5 UPLD were selected to complete the hardware design of the entire control system.At the same time,the programming of the main program and the conduction band control program for the new rotary screen digital printing machine was completed.The commissioning and testing of the complete machine system have also been completed,which verifies the feasibility of the new rotary network digital printing machine motion control system.
