Sediment plays important roles in mass circulation and energy flow in aquatic ecosystem. The migration and diffusion fluxes of nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus at the sediment-water interface of water bodies were studied. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to evaluate the potential eutrophication risks of sediments and overlying water by nutrient salts. The contamination of pathogenic microorganisms in surface water poses a huge potential threat to human health.Pathogenic microorganisms are measured by an index, and a small amount of pollution load can cause serious pollution, and pollution control is extremely difficult. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients are mainly expressed as follows: in the time distribution, the TN and TP contents in the flood season are higher than the non-flood period. In the horizontal spatial distribution,non-flood nutrient salts showed the characteristics of point source pollution area > reservoir downstream > reservoir upstream and reservoir center area, while nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients in the flood season mainly showed point source pollution area > library upstream, library Heart zone > characteristics downstream of the library. In the vertical spatial distribution, the vertical distribution of TN and TP in the non-flood period mostly shows the three-stage distribution of “increasing-decreasing-increasing”.The flood season is mainly the two-stage distribution of “increasing-decreasing”,and the richness of TN and TP in flood season. The layer is moved upward by about 5 cm compared to the non-dipper period(10-20 cm). Moreover,TN and TP in the sediments of the Shahe Reservoir in the non-flood season and the flood season reached a serious pollution level and the enrichment degree was higher.(2)The horizontal distribution characteristics of Escherichia coli in the sediments of Shahe Reservoir are mainly as follows: downstream of the reservoir > point source pollution area > reservoir upstream > Kuxin area, river channel. The horizontal distribution characteristics of Enterococcus were: reservoir downstream > reservoir upstream, reservoir center > river channel, point source pollution area. The vertical distribution characteristics of Escherichia coli and Enterococcus in the sediments increased with the increase of depth, and peaked at 15~25 cm.(3)Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between E.coli and TN and TP(p <0.05)in the sediments of Shahe Reservoir. The relationship between Enterococcus and TN(p >0.05)was not correlated.Significantly, there was a very significant positive correlation with TP(p <0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between Escherichia coli and TN and TP(p <0.05)in the vertical spatial distribution.Enterococci were in the vicinity of point source pollution area with TN(p <0.01)and TP(p <0.05).)have a significant negative correlation. There was a significant positive correlation between Escherichia coli and TN and TP(p <0.05)at the sediment-water interface, and there was a significant positive correlation between Enterococcus and TN and TP(p <0.01).
