At present, the state of the global natural environment is declining, and water pollution is serious. Therefore,it is urgent to find out the source of water pollution and the pollution control. In this paper,Sipaigan River in the tributary of the Hulan River are taken as research objects.Water samples at 31 points were taken during the high and flat periods of 2018 and 2019 to extract nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium permanganate from water The analysis and evaluation of nutrients and other nutrients are used to discuss and summarize the status and causes of water pollution, and to propose new ideas for water pollution control in Sipaigan River. The results are as follows:?1?Spatial-temporal comparison of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium permanganate, and other water quality indicator concentrations of Sipaigan River in2018 and 2019 during the high and flat seasons. It is concluded that TN,TP,and CODmnn are polluted in the four-row dry river in terms of time distribution.Seriously,in terms of spatial distribution, the distribution of TN,TP,CODmn,EC,PH,etc.in Sipaigan River has no obvious regularity. The reasons for the differences between the points are:man-made pollution, agricultural non-point source pollution, and sewage outlet discharge.Sewage,etc.?2?The ARCGIS kriging interpolation method shows that there are obvious spatial heterogeneities in the pollution distribution of the three main pollution indicators,TN,TP,and CODmn,in Sipaigan River in different periods.?3?Sipaigan River are severely eutrophic, and the entire river is basically in a state of severe eutrophication;and from the results of water quality evaluation, the water is basically in the black V category, with serious water pollution. The results of analysis of variance show that there are extremely significant differences in TN in the high water period in 2018 and in the high water period in 2018.There are extremely significant differences in TN in the high water period in 2018 and in the high water period in 2019.There are extremely significant differences in the TP between the normal water period in 2018 and the normal water period in 2019..?4?The organic matter concentration and total phosphorus concentration in the surface sediments have obvious spatial distribution characteristics, and are significantly affected by external and terrestrial inputs.?5?The water quality of Sipaigan River is severely polluted and has caused adverse effects on the city.
