Investigation And Analysis Of Utilization Of Livestock And Poultry Manure Resources In Yan'an City

With the gradual expansion of livestock and poultry farming scale,livestock and poultry farming manure pollution to the environment has become a restriction on the further development of modern aquaculture.Farm waste can cause different degrees of soil pollution,water pollution,air pollution,all kinds of pollution will cause human damage.If farming pollution is allowed to develop,it will bring disastrous consequences to the ecological environment.Waste recycling is an effective way to solve breeding pollution,which can not only reduce breeding pollution,but also avoid resource waste and promote the development of ecological agriculture.Although waste recycling has more benefits,the implementation process is difficult,because it involves technical conditions,economic conditions,agricultural development,geographical and climatic factors.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate and analyze this aspect.This survey conducted a comprehensive survey on the utilization of sewage resources in yan 'an area,and this paper puts forward practical,overall planning,scientific and efficient suggestions based on the natural environment,economic conditions and agricultural foundation of yan 'an.This study carried out a detailed survey on the supporting conditions,technical modes and governance modes of waste recycling facilities in 13 counties and districts in yan 'an region.The data were obtained mainly through questionnaire survey and consulting the work records of yan 'an livestock system.The results showed that in 2018,73.9% of the facilities for waste recycling and utilization in large-scale farms in yan 'an region were equipped with a relatively low allocation rate,which was associated with the risk of environmental pollution caused by livestock and poultry waste.The adopted technical mode and normal utilization rate of treatment facilities are respectively: solid composting 97.2%,sewage composting 95.3%,manure energy 57.1%,and peculiar smell fermentation bed 84.6%,among which solid composting and sewage fertilizer use the most,the normal utilization rate is also high,and the idle rate of manure energy utilization facilities is the highest,reaching 42.9%.The management mode of waste water resource utilization in yan 'an area is mainly the combination of planting and raising,and the professional treatment institutions,which have economic benefits and good waste water treatment effect.Management policies mainly include strengthening the construction of farm manure treatment facilities,and transforming and cultivating the main body and market of manure treatment.3Through the survey of 505 farmers in yan 'an area,the survey results were obtained.By “t” test statistical analysis of the results of the survey,the results show that the implementation of the livestock and poultry pollution laws and regulations,farmers economic base,understanding of the benefits of waste resources utilization of farmers,the supervision of government departments,project policy subsidies,as well as the effect of propaganda and training on matching rate has a significant impact on farm waste treatment facilities.Through investigation and analysis to understand the impact of different influencing factors on the supporting facilities of the farm manure treatment,this study can provide scientific theoretical reference for the advancement of the utilization of livestock and poultry manure resources in yan 'an area.
