Organic photodetectors have an attractive application prospect in the field of organic optoelectronic devices,enabling accurate detection from the ultraviolet region to the infrared region.The organic semiconductor material is an active layer of an organic photodetector,has the advantages of low price,can be adjusted and modified at the molecular level,and can be applied to flexible devices,etc.,and is currently a hot spot of research.This thesis aims to develop organic semiconductor materials with photodetection properties and synthesize a series of axial phenoxy groups and their derivatives substituted subphthalocyanines.Eight compounds RPhO-BsubPc were synthesized from phthalonitrile,and the yield was15.74%-62.92%.The highest yield was BrPhO-BsubPc and the lowest was ClPhO-BsubPc.Six compounds RPhO-BsubPcF12 were synthesized using tetrafluorophthalic anhydride as raw material,and the yield was 11.08%-58.45%.The highest yield was BrPhO-BsubPcF12,and the lowest was ClPhO-BsubPcF12.All these compounds were characterized by FT-IR?elemental analysis and MS.The UV-Vis absorption spectra of the synthesized materials showed that the maximum absorption wavelength of RPhO-BsubPc was 557-565 nm when the solvent was dichloromethane?DCM?,ethyl acetate?EA?and acetone?Acetone?.The maximum absorption wavelength of RPhO-BsubPcF12 is 566-572 nm.The electrochemical properties of the compounds show that the HOMO level of RPhO-BsubPc?H4-H11?is between-6.19 eV and-5.98 eV,and the LUMO level is between-4.11 eV and-3.97 eV.The HOMO level of RPhO-BsubPcF12?H12-H17?is between-6.24 eV and-6.12 eV,and the LUMO level is between-4.20 eV and-4.12 eV.The thermogravimetric temperature of the compounds H4-H17 is above 265°C,indicating that they have good thermal stability.An organic photodetector based on BrPhO-BsubPc was prepared and tested for photoelectric properties.The ratio of light to dark current was 1.2*104,the specific detection rate was 1.68*1012 Jones,and the synthesized subphthalocyanine compound was used in organic photodetectors.The field has a good application prospect.
